The questions that people have not answered over the years, are, who losses the devil after we bind him so many times? Also, what determines who should bind the devil? With what should the devil be bound? When should he be bound? How should he be bound? This is so important so that we do not have to keep binding the bound, loosening the loosened, or ‘rebinding’ the loosened, for the want of a better phrase?

God didn't create a Satan rather one of the perfect spirit sons of God chose to rule over others and in his bid to achieve his aim turned into a slanderer (Satan)
So God didn't create a Satan just as no mother gave birth to a thief but the child grew up and became a thief due to greed!

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

الَّذِيْنَ يَصُدُّوْنَ عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَيَـبْـغُوْنَهَا عِوَجًا ۚ وَهُمْ بِا لْاٰ خِرَةِ كٰفِرُوْنَ 
"Who averted [people] from the way of Allah and sought to make it [seem] deviant while they were, concerning the Hereafter, disbelievers."
(QS. Al-A'raaf 7: Verse 45)

In another verses Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

يُرِيْدُوْنَ لِيُطْفِـئُـوْا نُوْرَ اللّٰهِ بِاَ فْوَاهِهِمْ وَا للّٰهُ مُتِمُّ نُوْرِهٖ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكٰفِرُوْنَ
"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it."
(QS. As-Saff 61: Verse
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّٰهَ غَا فِلًا عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ ۗ اِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيْهِ الْاَ بْصَا رُ 
"And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror]."
(QS. Ibrahim 14: Verse 42)

Despite trillion dollar campaign to ternish Islam through media, terrorism etc Allah will perfect his Religion and make it supreme because it is the truth and all these senseless bombings and killings does not stop million of people from accepting Islam in Europe and U.S, they are just using uneducated Muslims to execute their sinister agenda.
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

"It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it."
(QS. Holy Qur'an 9: Verse 33)

Unfortunately those Animals killing people will call thierself Muslims when we read it in the book that even at war you must not kill woman, children, Animals or cut trees morever all the war the prophet fought was defensive wars he never attack.
