Atleast Yoruba movies are more in tune with reality in Nigeria, unlike the American wanabes movies your people are shunning out. victorazy: Yorubas and their sham films |
Deltans, shine your eyes. Why are ibos up in arms over an airport you are not waiting on fg to construct. If this were to be a project in the SE, they would all be dancing to igbo kwenu. |
Please don't keep us waiting. I love the story and my Akata friend I just introduced to nairaland yesterday has been disturbing me about your story with some weird comments. One can't have enough of this. |
@op, it seems you are looking for friends with benefits, but the girl is smart. Some girls can read and won't let you get in their pants before monogamy. |
Girl, get off my back. Honest people don't get scammed. I will still use his service right here on nairaland. I don't join others to trash talk anyone for yhe sake of it, I follow my heart that has always led me to the right place daroseconcepts: Bro, I wish you the very best. I admire your resilience in defending Brabus. I also hope your proposed project with Brabus will be a comeback story for him. Good Luck. |
Cos some people wanted him yo fail and he fell right into their hands, hopefully he got some lessons out of this cos he can't keep going like this. I believe he was desparate for job and thought he could cut corners with the budget. I will still let him handle my project. I love comeback stories and something tells this is one of them. |
Sending a pm does not make it any better. You don't take advantage of the fallen guy. Let the canadian makes up her mind, if still interested. daroseconcepts: Thank You! Despite what has happened, such open and brazen attempt to engage Qc-1 by eghosa is distasteful. He could have sent a PM instead. Not openly soliciting for business here. |
Reason I am going to hook him up soon. I 've been watching his work, read the cases against him and will still work with him, but it's going to be a different ball game. Every stage of the construction recorded, everything info about the house will be in public, except for the street, city and stat. amicdan: You guyz saying trash about brabus are all air headz...Let the two party iron their ish offline...Take legal action if neccessary.....Too many bad belles on brabus.. |
Great post!!! helpee: While it is always brabus that is always @ loggerhead with his client, I must confess that the guy probably built this chateau @ a loss. I am not a builder but the moment I saw 500K for the windows of the chateau then I knew something didn't fit. Truth be told...the fact that brabus always had issues with his client online means subsequent client may want to take advantage of him. For example, if he ask for more funds, the client will immediately become suspicious due to his antecedence and will probably threaten to expose him online again. He can be blackmailed easily. My advice for him is to take a break from online building, sit down with clients that won't rush online to come and rubbish him over every misunderstanding. I've had issues with numerous workers on my site but we usually resolve it. Building within six months is not easy but building within six months with a slim budget will definately rubbish you |
Best post so far! The owner of the house probably wanted to build a mansion for N20m, while Brabus would rather get his behind soiled than to be honest about the budget. The lesson is, if it sounds too good to be true, don't take it
Did I just read that Neophyte-mason claimed he made all the windows for this massive chateau for 500k? Did I also read that brabus planned to do all the whole windows for N750k? If my observations were right, then I can simply say I know why you both run into trouble waters. Whilst preparing to screed my building, someone gave me a ridiculously cheap price, I knew it will be the 8th wonder of the world if he was able to execute the project with the rates he quoted... I simply refused to give him the job. It's easier to crucify Brabus because of his antecedents but if the truth most be told, both Neophyte-mason and Brabus are at fault. Their greed and lack of respect for due process marred this project.
|
Thank you jare! Most people don't know that there is just little difference between Nigeria and the U.S. innocent and poor people serve sentences of crimes they know nothing about, while the priviledged rich are cut great sweetheart deals. Do you know that a black person that stops for a white cop in the middle of nowhere while alone in the car may as well commit a suicide, cos its going to be your word against his, and who is going to believe you over dem racist bald head cops? ROSSIKE: This is the problem with you people. You just wake up and fantasize about these places, imbuing them with almost magical qualities. Here you are now making such a bold and loud claim without the merest research, and showing yourself up to be a total ignoramus: |
Just wait and see what happens in 2015 |
Do wedding planners take 20percent of the total budget in Nigeria too? |
Attention seeker, the money will go to her fellow ibos, maybe throw in an ibo with western sounding name for good measure. Fucking tribalist using nairaland to reach more attention when she already the knows where the money is going that is if she can afford it. Haha! Decat is back !!! |
I am so sick and tired of this sisified blazed son of the cage. I am going to deactivate my account. Bye nairaland! |
Wait, is my handle ban from creating new topics? Or why is it that I still can't create topics after following instructions? Bleep you Seun! |
Come in here if you are a woman that knows how to ride things and are dying to ride a nairalander like a mechanical bull |
Tranquilizer help ni Jo!! |
My fear is, what if this is even a wrong man, who was at a wrong place at the wrong time? The pressure on police to solve case quickly make them pick an innocent weaklin and get false plea through cohesion Human rights organization must get involved |
Dum Dum!! Everyone knows that neither Jonathan nor oduah can make Alaskans eat fish cos of corruption. The man was elected on his own merits. It's not easy being a Nigeria in any part of the world and only people close to the process could tell the scrutiny the man went through. For a Nigerian to be picked for such a post, I can tell you that they did twice as much investigation on him than usual and they found that he was over qualified for the position. In all congrats to air Aliu EMMA BC: Are u not stupid and ignorant enough to have called Ms Oduah a coward when she is an epitome of courage and confidence. U know u who the real cowards are? They are ur people who have bn silenced and exocised of ethnic madness and envy by one woman. Anyway congrats to Dr Muyiwa, ODUAH, GEJ and Nigerians for this feat. |
Go back and read it again! The said mama and an Ice cream seller are the two people killed. Nicepoker: Son. Abuja based medical doctor |
Wema was before any ibo bank came to be and will still be standing after ibo banks have packed up, so deal with it Promhize: DSS must not release these Idiots, ah! I swear if I had the cash I would sue this banks dead if they dare go on strike. |
Oh yeah! Wish I can delete all my posts, but unfortunately it's hard to turn back the clock |
This could have even been an eastern governor's convoy. It has happened before when Obi or another eastern governor's convoy ran a woman and her young children off road in Lagos Fashola and Amosun should ban all outside convoy in and around Lagos so when convoy related accidents happen they can take responsibility for it. It is not fair for any governor to cause trouble in Lagos for Fashola and Amosun |
Nigerians are just like orphans in the world. You know what happens to an orphan right? The entire neighborhood takes advantage of defenceless child and takes out their frustrations on them. The world knows that the most populous black nation has no government and its citizems have no one to care for them in and out of Nigeria. Its hard enough to be black but to be blacks who do not stand up against injustice is something else. sweetcheecks: And that is an undiluted TRUTH, Nigerians continue with your denial soon your case will be discussed in the UN Security Council. As I said before Nigeria is quickly becoming like Moslem Jihadist. Every country in the world is up to their necks with the Nigerian criminal element and all you do is to urge your criminal politicians to retaliate, soon and very soon you will be fighting against the whole world. |
That your one legged pig of a mother is sure proud of you. What else? Chigorkizz: Na our brothers frm d south west cause dis insult 4 us. |
I know Ann coulter very well and have read her books, but the problem is if you ask our people to come out for a message to be sent, they will all dive under their beds and find some excuses, forgeting that if they haven't found something to die for, you probably haven't found anything to live for. You wonder what they are scared of. Once you are law abiding citizens you should not be afraid of anything. |
Nigerians need to love their country. Nigeria is still better than most countries, but because the people swear by where they come from the rest of the world has no choice but to see it the way you call it. America has its own problem just like Nigeria. |
