But anytime it is suggested you pay cost reflective power or water bills...you will shout poverty...yet you waste money for borehole., and generator and fuel for the gen at a higher rate than you pay for power, even with estimated billing!

Why will someone pay for a service he did not enjoy....?
What have they done with the low tax they collected ?
Is it not the same leaders that are sharing dollars during election?
