Those competitors don't have the market share to be able toe call the shots. Even if they did, they don't have the volumes to keep up.

You'll notice that whenever Dangote invest in a new project, he likes to build so massively to the extent it can satisfy up to 80% of the country demands, you know why? Because he wants to call the shots, determine the price, he makes it so massive that future competitors won't be able to get any significant market share. That's why US has warned Nigeria about Dangote's economic malpractices.
