Qstorm:I hate arguing or even discussing with schizophrenics, people might not tell the difference. But I can't resist this post. You are not going to let the country fall to socialists, meaning you are not going to allow Leftists/Democatrs/Biden take over government. So what do you intend to do if the leftists/Democrats /Biden wins the elections? Form a terrorist group and start bombing the US? You guys need to be taken off the streets as you might hurt yourself or someone else. |
ZooOga:It's quite ironic that Kellyanne Conwey's daugher and husband are both strongly anti Trump, even though they both gain immensely from the Trump administration, as their mother wife collects salary and other benefits as a senior adviser. Meanwhile, those who are struggling with 2 square meals a day or looking for N200 just to buy recharge card (courtesy of Abbeybailey), who any member of their families can never get up to 500 km close to Donald Trump are ready to commit suicide for him. |
garetz:You guys make stupid and unreasonable excuses in your defense of Trump's incompetence. So it was NYT "lies" that made Intel agencies brief president Trump? Why will the intel agencies brief the president on lies and unverified intelligence? Then the intelligence agencies also went to brief congress members of both parties on these same lies. Meanwhile, John Bolton was said to have personally briefed the presidenf on this same matter more that a year ago. Also the matter of Russian bounty on US soldiers was included in the daily written briefings submitted to the president earlier this year. Bolton personally briefed Trump on Russian bounties one year earlier than previously known: |
garetz:So how do you reconcile the 2 different statements from president Trump and Director Ratcliffe? Intel just reported to me that they did not find this info credible, and therefore did not report it to me or @VP. - president Trump I have confirmed that neither the President nor the Vice President were ever briefed[ on any intelligence alleged by the New York Times in its reporting yesterday - Director Ratcliffe Maybe the intel that reported that Trump was not DNI or that Ratcliffe was not aware that Trump was briefed. Or, simply one of them is lying. |
garetz:Are you the spokesperson for DNI? Why not give us links to DNI denial. Here is Trump's own twist to the story; Intel just reported to me that they did not find this info credible , and therefore did not report it to me orAccording to Trump, it was reported to him, but later unreported again, because they did not find the info credible. If the house decides to investigate now, Trump would ban government officials from testifying and you guys would should Russia and Afghanistan hoax. |
donjazet:You talk about pragmatism and you expect any Democratic candidate to condemn black lives matter or those protesting the murder of George Floyd, when 90% of African-Americans support the Democratic party? The Democratic party was even kneeling while wearing Ghanaian kenke scarf to show support for blacks (very stupid). Both sides are playing politics with the issue, while blacks are caught in the middle. That doesn't remove from the racism and discrimination against blacks still prevalent in the US. Jews passed through their own discrimination and suppression, but they did not pass through their 400 years of slavery. |
donjazet:This has nothing to do with the far left. It's Trump's people and the alt right that are trying to put blames on Democrats and the left for political purposes. The people agitating never carried signs indicating they are Democrats or even leftists. They are just angry at Racism and the justice system that seems to support racism against blacks. The agitators comprises of different mosaic of peoples. There are blacks, whites, Hispanics, Democrats, independents and even Republicans, and of course looters and criminals. Lots of conservatives are not happy with the way Trump handled the Floyd issue and the protests. Just look at the mess in Seattle, calling for a full abolishing of the police forceIt's just a emotional rant. It's just not feasible. Even the mayor and governor need the police to enforce it's laws. People are advocating for defunding the police, meaning spending money on social services and issues that drive people to crime that spend the money on arming the police. This is also not practical. Or those who are stripping down every single monument of past revered leaders like Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Woodrow Wilson, John Quincy Adams etc. It's total madness. So? These are just statues. Even though I believe this was done in the heat of the moment (mob action). I don't see the big deal. Some Christian sects like pentecostals even hate the putting up and reverence of statues. These actions are now turning opinions against the left.Trump and his people know that they are loosing supporters on all sides, not just the left. They need to demonise the Democrats to stand a chance in the coming elections |
Qstorm:You are just attempting confuse and deflect the real issues to show your hatred and contempt to blacks. The subject matter of the protests were not murders of blacks by Blacks or whites, but institutionalized racism and oppression of blacks that had been happening for over 4 centuries. Floyd is the most graphic representation of that oppression. A bloody civil war was fought which millions died just to free slaves in America. The civil rights act which abolished discrimination and segregation was only enacted in 1964. Racism is still very rife in the US, and this is irrespective of if it's a democratic or Republican administration. Trump openly seem to support racism and racist groups. |
tescoman90:The issue is not about the guy shouting white power, it's about the president tweeting the video. Why did Trump feel particularly motivated to tweet such controversial issues at this volatile and election time? |
ribbit:Because, he had been a terrible businessman and had filed for bankruptcy up to 6 times prior. This was someone that inherited his father's business and $400 million. Till today, no one knew how he got out of an 8 billion dollar debt. You do realize everything was going well in America until this year right?Another false narrative. The US economy had been steadily on the rise since after the 2008 financial crisis. Obama had 8 years of continuous growth on all economic indices. Trump continued where Obama left off. Before the coronavirus, the US was a ready feeling the negative effect of Trump's stupid trade war with China (and the rest of the world). Rural farmers were already crying and cursing Trump as millions of tons of soybeans were rotting in their warehouses. Trump was practically begging Xi Jinping to help him win the elections by lifting the ban on soybeans. It was only the capital markets that was booming prior to coronavirus. I hate the capital market. To me, it's highly fraudulent. You also do realized trump actually stood a big chance of winning 2020 before coronavirus crippled everything and his approach To it the reason everyone is up in arm against him now..Agreed. This was because, Trump and his supporters based has success on the economy and the capital markets. And the economy on a whole was still on the upbeat. But, economists were predicting the bubble to burst anytime. If the bubble did not burst before November, Trump stood good chance of winning. (Mind you, the electoral collage, but not the popular vote once again) What makes you really think Biden won't be worse? What if aliens invaded earth in 2023 and Biden didn't handle the invasion very well, would that still make him a better president? If aliens invaded earth and a president Biden ignore intelligence report on the invasions until it was too late, criticise and undermine those trying to fight of the invasion, then it will make him also as bad as president as trump. I bet you also think CNN is a good media now cos they have stopped painting africa/Africans as uncivilized and poverty stricken people who it's people live on trees because they have ignored Africa to be more focused on trump they hate day and night. It's got nothing to do with CNN, that has been the views on black Africans from the first time the Europeans landed on the shores of West Africa in the 14th century. That's the views of all western media and literature on blacks and black Africa. It's no different from fox news. |
ribbit:I have said earlier that he should not have employed insults to drive home his point, so i don't know what your point is deflecting his insults to me. It seems you are still reeling from the hurt of the insults. Learn to let go. I supported Buhari because I agreed with a lot (not all) of his policies as military head of state. He fought against corruption, indiscipline, drug trafficking, oil bunkering and money laundering. All these vices are the things that eventually brought Nigeria to where it is today. Jonathan did nothing to address these vices, in fact he tolerated and even promoted corruption. As military head of state, Buhari did not fill his cabinet with Northern muslims, I knew Tam David west personally when he was minister under Buhari, and he had quite a lot of respect for him then. No one could have predicted his nepotism in this dispensation. Furthermore, Buhari could not have been said to corruptly enrich himself with all his high profile offices over the years. If he did, where is the money or the assets? Where did he keeps the money? Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, UK, US? Where? You can't hide billion of dollars in the world financial system. Except you allege he keep the billions of dollars in cash inside a dug grave. |
ribbit:Biden might have done racist things in the past, but he had never been accused of being a racist. Even when he ran for the Vice President (or for senator), the issue of racism did not come up. Trump on the other hand had always been accused of racism even before he dreamt of running for office. Most older generation whites that lived through the civil rights period had some level of racism, as that was the prevailing mood at that time. A lot of whites, especially the collage educated ones had let go of their racist past. If Biden wins and turn out to be as bad as trump, obviously I would criticize him. But I would not regret supporting him, because I based my judgement on the information available to me now, and the information was not wrong. It like Buhari, I supported Buhari against Jonathan, because I believed he would defeat Islamic terrorists, eliminate or reduce corruption and unify Nigerians. He did not perform as expected and Nigeria is still the bastion of corruption, Islamic terrorists are still having a field day and Nigerians are more divided than ever. I still don't regret supporting Buhari in 2015. I would have preferred a better candidate for 2019 though. |
ribbit:donjazet and salford1 are right, although they need not use insults to drive home their point. Anyone who supported Trump in 2016 was either highly ignorant, a white non collage educated white (another way if saying white ignorant racist) or a christian fundamentalists. Trump had been Trump for decades. I knew Trump in the early 90's when he was all over the news for the wrong reasons. I new him as a shrewd con man. Even cartoon descriptions and Sesame Street parodies of him going back into the 80's depicted Trump as a New York real estate con man. He has had numerous lawsuit bordering on criminality and fraud. He has had dozens of sexual abuse and even rape allegations. He had never been known to have one particular ideology. He changes views based on his audience or the times. How someone can say he is better than Hillary Clinton is amazing. Although Hillary has her flaws (and they are many), she is a saint compared to Trump's. Even the access Hollywood tapes, where Trump boasts of sexually molesting women as a habit, that came out just two weeks before the elections meant nothing to Trump's supporters. I don't know any other politicians that would have survived that. If Hillary Clinton boast of sleeping with multiple men, that would have ended here political career. The Republicans made minced meat of a simple act of using a private email server, a practice most government officials engaged( and still engage) in. |
alexsoftwork:If Daddy freeze cannot question the source of the wealth of people he choose to wine and dine with, then what gives him the moral rights to criticize the way pastors spend tithes and offerings. This is a classic example of hypocrisy. |
OLAADEGBU:Do we believe by faith or by sight? Where is the proof of Trump preaching from the Bible. |
Benbelor:That's probably the way you would have behaved. But then ....., there are 7 billion people on earth who would behave in 7 billion different ways. The human brains consists of trillions of synapses and trillions of different neurons, resulting in billions of different relations to the same stimuli. |
hammer3: ![]() But how do you stop Afonjas and IPOB from marrying? Will giving them a seperate country help? |
OLAADEGBU:You guys live in a make believe world. Trump actually preaching the gospel asking people to repent? In your dreams. |
salford1:Not just in Africa but everywhere else in the world. The blackman has to be twice as good as his white counterpart to succeed in most careers outside sports. |
garetz:Ok, let's agree with his campaign that he mispoke, afterall he is human and not God. When will Trump or his campaign apologise for Trump for any of the mispoke he had mispoken on a constant basis? Oh, I forgot, to you guys he is beyond error, he is perfect. If it was you guys, you will first deny by saying Trump didn't say it, then you switch to fake news, when presented with video evidence, you will switch to whataboutism - Clinton, Obama or Biden said the same thing. Finally you guys will end with; it does not really matter. |
BanevsJoker:Being born in Nigeria does not make you a Nigerian. Having a Nigerian parent does. Naturalisation also makes you a Nigerian. I read he is a naturalised Nigerian, meaning he holds a green "kpali " (passport ). |
babyfaceafrica:Trouble maker because she is protecting her husband and children? I know some women during this covid period, who do not allow anyone into their homes. |
babyfaceafrica:Yes it's her duty to protect her husband and her children. She is acting like a good mother hen, who would go to extreme lengths to protect her children (and husband ) from danger. |
budaatum:Sent it. Enjoy |
feedthenation:I just got an electronic copy sent by a brother in UK, this morning. It will make my Sunday more interesting
|
kokaneprodigy:You still don't get it, and I doubt you will ever get it. Deep state’s foot soldiers were protesting were protesting outside in the open. Scientist say the virus spreads less in hot, dry and we'll ventilated spaces or Outdoors, with majority wearing face mask. The shallow state foot soldiers on the other hand are holding their rally in a closed, artificially ventilated space with non wearing face masks or any protective measures. |
Staphylococcus:It's due Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of Jonathan loss of 2015. They blame everyone and everything for the election disgrace except Jonathan himself. The same thing is likely to happen after the US presidential elections. Trump supporters are already showing signs of traumatic stress disorder, I doubt they will be able to cope with the disappointment of Trump loosing the elections. The would need to be put on a suicide watch after November 3rd. |
salford1:Don't mind them (the pillars of the Jonathan administration). They were blinded to the massive corruption of that administration. They expected manna to fall for ever. The Buhari administration is also a disappointment, the main difference is they don't have the amount of petrol dollars available to the Jonathan administration. |
sassysure:Oya tell me the secret of how Dasuki was able to be distributing billions of naira to everyone like father Christmas. Tell me how Diezani Allison Madueke and his fronts were able to ferry billions of dollars from NNPC, so much so that she bought full citizenship of Dominican Republic in order to obtain immunity. Tell us the secret of how boko haram was able to control 14 local government from Nigeria and attack Abuja at will. Tell me the secret of why President jonathan refused to acknowledge the abduction of the Chibok Girls for up to 3 weeks, and only started acting when the news went international after Ezekwesili and CNN called the government out. These are just a few secret I need to know. There are more. |
OLAADEGBU:Name one thing, just one thing he has gotten done. |
DCatt:It's appropriated for you to say your God. It's the God you decide to adopt to worship. It doesn't have to be the God of all 7 billion people on earth, and definitely doesn't have to be my God. So I don't have to live by the rules or doctrines of your God. Forcing a God on others had been one of the major cause of conflicts, wars and evil throughout human history. To over a billion muslims Allah is the greatest God, to Hindus Brahma is the Supreme diety. To Jews El-ohim is the most high God, to Christians Jesus is the maker of the universe. Every one is entitled to his beliefs without persecution or hate. How can you on evil side preach love to light? You are just rambling incoherently. People who abuse children are prosecuted and jailed if found guilty irrespective of religious beliefs. It infringes on basic civil law. Lots of religious people including some Christian sects abuse children under the covers of doctrine. Looters take advantage of breakdown of law and order to loot. Be it riots, wars, natural disasters, they loot. It has nothing to do with religious doctrines. Israelites fighting wars in the bible loot and rape young women. Christian crusaders looted the holy city of Jerusalem when it was in their control. Muslim jihadists loot all places they capture and forcefully convert. Which states are killing people with covid 19? Democrats controlled cities and states. Which states allow abortions during covid but people can't be in their cars and pray in their drive thru churches? Democrats. Which party is killing the constitution and destroying the rule of law? Democrats. Which party has terrorists causing problems everywhere? Democrats. Which party watches news channels where they lie 24/7 and you kn6they are lyi6to you but keep want them? Democrats. You don't have any standard.Another incoherent ramblings. Get a life. Get a hobby. It would make your life more meaningful. You can go through life spewing hatred in the guise of religious fervour. It only betrays a very lonely and troubled mind. |
DCatt:Which almighty God? Maybe the God of the old testament with was a very vengeful God, but the God of the new testament was all about love, of even ones enemies. Abortion should not be your reason for hating. No one is forcing you to abort like China that has a one child policy. You don't want to abort, don't. A woman who does not want to carry a baby in her womb cannot be forced by religious fundamentalists. It can never work, even in a dictatorship countries with draconian laws. Northern Ireland with draconian abortion laws was forced to rescind. Trafficking and abuse of children is a crime any where in the world, even in non Christian countries, don't know what you are getting at. Sin or religious doctrines are not the law, they apply to to adherents of that particular religion. We are all bound by civil laws and the constitution. You cannot impose christian laws on non Christians and sharia law on non muslims. That's fundamentalism and it's evil. |
