The prosecuting council just has to subpoena the drivers of the Vans, who will under oath, give the name of the company contracted. The company gives the name of the bank, the bank produces the manifest, which will reveal the content and exact figure in those Vans.

Please note that, it is not a crime to move any amount of money around, so long as you are within the country. Again, you can have as much cash as possible in your home, no offence at all!

But,

Making or accepting cash payment exceeding 5million is a criminal offence if it is not done through a financial institution. See section 1 of the Money Laundering Act and the case of *ATOYEBI v. FRN (2017) LPELR-43831(SC)*

So, from the manifest, the actual amount in both Vans will definitely be revealed and if it is believed to be cash payments for anything at all, and it is above 5million, that is when the problem may arise.

The banks will also reveal the accounts from which those funds where funneled from.
A forensic audit of the accounts will tell the whole story.

Delivering cash to a customer's house by a bank is not a crime. The crime would be if it can be proven that the money is proceeds from crime or the money was used for criminal activities.

I don't think the WHO has particularly done anything special for the US other than the US contributing significantly to its funding.

USA, UK, China and most of the industrialised world does not need the help of WHO, it's poor countries like Togo, Bangladesh, Nicaragua, etc that WHO helps in saving million of lives.

Does it then make sense for US to surrender to its world power status to China. African countries contribute little to WHO because they are dead poor. They have non existent public health care services. WHO is the main reason why diseases like polio, meningitis, measles had not decimated your African brothers. Who is solely responsible for controlling and managing the treatment of AIDS in Africa.

On the other hand, I like presidents like this: people who are bold enough to break away from the norms - something I expected from the tall slowpoke in Aso Rock.

You also want us to walk away from regional and global bodies to prove Nigeria is strong abi? You want Buhari to withdraw from ECOWAS to show strength.

If all countries adapt Trump's approach, and put it's country first in all issues despite the concern of others, we will slip into WW3 very fast. These world bodies had succeeded in giving us the longest period of relative peace in world history.

If all the world stop using the dollar as the international currency of trade, the US economy will crash overnight.

When cooperate tax are cut, it doesn't go down to the people. The executives, management and employees only get bigger bonus and increased wages. Anyone that has worked in any cooperation that is worth is salt knows that.
Anyways, those cooperations donate towards campaigns of parties with policies that favours them. Irrespective of whether the policies benefits the general society or not.

Anyone that is not a corporate hawk or lost inside Trump's azz, will understand that cutting corporate tax favours only the rich and political parties that gets donations from corporations.
Besides, the extra cash gained from the low corporate tax is not reinvested into the business, but used to buy the company's shares, thereby raising the stock prices and share prices in general. It's all audio economic growth.
