In the picture is our milky way galaxy. It contains approximately 200 billion stars in which our star (which is the solar system ) is one. The position of our sun is indicated. If we assume that each star has an average of 4 planet, we will have at least 800 billion planets in our galaxy.
The hubble space telescope has revealed at least 200 billion other galaxies in the universe. So multiply 200 billion by 800 billion to estimate the number of planets in the universe. Add that for the estimated age of the universe being about 13 billion years.
Now you can't tell me that the physical and chemical conditions for life will not be right in at least quote out of 160,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets in all of 13 billion years. Or that you need a designer before life can evolve in one of those planets.

There is no proof that life or the universe is/was designed. The universe is a very chaotic and violent place, with lots of accidents, destruction and desolation.
