I believe the larger version is in the works already. This just a tip of the iceberg and the future about to unfold.

I am turning 52 soon and I look way younger than my colleagues by the grace of God. I can still play street football with young folks in my area.

Let me share my story with you. About 10 years ago, I had some change and I deposited it for land, soon God raised money and started the foundation. As I was getting it to lintel level, more funds came into my hands, we changed gear and bought a two bedroom flat ensuite in an estate. That's how I became a owner of a land with three bedroom flat at lintel level and another two bedroom flat.

Please I beg and pray, if you really have that amount, go ahead speedily. The building, even if it is not completed tastefully, it will be appreciating in value by the year.

I was once a clerk years back on the Island, Lagos in the 1990s - I had two or three shirts then and would wash them as soon as I got home.

Back then I always worked my ass out and soon became the darling of everybody I worked with, men, women, old and young. With God it helped me a lot during my hustled through university.

By God's grace I am gainfully employed, married and have a place of my own.

My advice to you is love whatever you are doing now, love your work even if its a security guard, work hard, be humble and friendly to everybody even those who talk-down on you in the line of duty (you will meet them in the future and surely show off your success). You miracle may be where you are working right now.

Will you believe if I told you that, I have never been out of work because of that clerical work, it over 25 years now. That job opened doors for me up till now.

I thank Almighty God for parents. No matter what, they are parents divinely positioned to guide us on this terrestrial ball called earth. When I look at my parents today I have a rethink of the future how my own children will relate with me when I am old. All you out there pointing fingers you better enjoy the relationship with your parents now. A time will come you will wish you had a parent around to talk to and refer to.

Right now when I remember those things my parent did that pissed me off. I just laugh it out and thank God. I (we all) never contributed a dime to my (our) upbringing whilst under their care. I give them kudos and right now I pray for my parents everyday to have good health and live long. I always tell them the best is still to come.
