So today is my birthday 22-03...

I just got this last night from a colleague at work. A new chick. Very friendly and down to earth.
I don't know where you work but no single colleague will buy you such gift in the UK. They don't spend money like that. The only way you are getting this from your office is if they all contribute and decided to get this.

I believe it has been answered, d deposit should usually be 6weeks rent and will be registered by d agent or LL in a DPS. Some property has high deposit which is one of the things to look for and makes u decide to choose or let go of a ppty. Welldone dear. It will soon end.
And there is no way in this life that you're getting the full deposit back. Unless you have been flying around the house like an angel during your tenancy period.

Never heard that before and whoever said you can’t make money in the uk must be lazy. One big advantage of uk over Nigeria is been able to get a job. Average graduate salary is £1400 after tax. Long story short I was able to save 400 pounds every month which is roughly 200k. Also what really helped was the recession in 2016 when a pound was nearly 600naira
There's a loon called timesup234 who thinks can't raise any money if you stay in Europe or US.

I guess there isn’t a single path to success, different strokes for different folks. The type of luxury am looking for is not in uk and thank God I realised that very early
The general belief is that you can't make money in the UK. How were you able to raise the capital to set up your real estate biz from UK?

I defeated you the last time and this is another chance to finally bury you. You can all tell lies to 200million blind Nigerians but not me. Nigerians living in America always run for cover when they come across my name
If that is what your head is telling you, I concede.

The simple truth is that most educated nigerians are some of the dumbest people anywhere in the world. They lack the capacity to do a simple research and are completely brainwashed. Now listen and listen very good- going to college or university does not guarantee anything in america if anything at all it sets your life backward another 10yrs. Now start with this link before i really open your blind eyes. Most Americans getting close to 40yrs are still living with their parents and i am talking about college and masters degree holders. I am sending a warning shot first before the bomb

Greatzeus:
See your mouth like free internet, America is a capitalists economy, every thing is privatized except for those that has to do with security. So owners of broadband internet will share it free right? Who will bear the cost?
Internet is far more expensive in America and Europe than in Nigeria. The only difference is they enjoy unlimited broadband access and high data speed.
If you go to any library abroad my brother Internet is free. You will browse tire. If you go on the underground in London, there are free WiFi available. Go to coffee shops they will write the WiFi password on the board for you.

Let us assume you walked in on a woman dressed like that, and trapped by rat gum.

What would be your next step ? Would you be inclined to help her, hump her, or both ?

Please try to reply this query without resorting to any form of humor, since this concept of Rat Gum is worthy of careful and methodical analysis in an atmosphere of academic seriousness.
I will untangle her piece of clothing and give her a good seeing to.

This is the advantage of attending a finishing school unlike the slayqueens of today.

But, the only disadvantage is that such women will never give a BJ even if their lives depended on it.
