Olamotad They are NOT saying that he needs family ties abroad! They want to know his ties to home that will make him come back not stop there. Things like family, job property. But also the thing with his money will have been a black mark, so any excuse will do to refuse visa. |

morjid You don't look like you have much chance! Why were you rejected from UK.? Did you get ban? Your record is poor and it will take VERY good background now to get visa. V.O. will want you to PROOVE that you will return (not just your say so.) You need property or good job with paperwork proof now because of your poor record. |

If you have boosted your acc. then pay back leaving no funds you will fail. Account can be checked by entry clearance officers or by school. Many, many have been warned about lack of jobs and thieving agents. However some will not listen, they see "streets paved with gold" and go there only to be thrown out in poverty a few weeks later. Even worse some end up in slave labour jobs making no money. You can imagine what fate awaits the girls! |

Using public funds for birth in USA is considered FRAUD and THEFT! If they even suspect this you will be denied entry. If you do give birth without paying then YOU and BABY will be on BAN LIST FOREVER! You will never get another visa and you will have cursed your babies chances. |

oddy4u: I am been sent for a conference that is relative to my job functions and I work in a federal government agency...I have my organisation statement of account with me with an letter from them to the consular stating I would be representating them and also how much I earn monthly.My question now is would the consular ask about my personal statement?If transport is being paid the things that they will need to know. Who pays for accomodation and feeding? What about personal spending money? They will look if trip will empty your bank acc. (This is bad!) bunburized You will be able to buy palm oil ( african type) and other foods in local markets to Salford. The area and the greater part of Manchester which is only a bus ride away has many many ethnic food shops. Ask at Uni and people will tell you.
