Mood swing is common to women but the level differs. Many circumstances result to this such as hormonal control, past incidence hurting their emotions, being deprived in sex/romance and lots more.

OP, your fiance is sexually and emotionally starved. You don't need a prophet or consultant to tell you what the problem is, it's glaring to you. Aside being a Christian, you are not romantic enough to understand that women crave so much for touch even when sex is not involved. Try nurture her feelings. Don't allow her get to the point that she will use this same weakness against you in marriage.

I am not asking you to indulge in sex but try meet her romantic needs and not to the point of losing focus base on your sacrilege.

It's difficult to see a responsible and matured undergraduate lady ready for marriage. Either they want to scoop men for their upkeeps or not just ready for it because of their age.

OP, you are looking at the wrong place and class of person to choose from as a wife. There are many working class lady whom are responsible and financial stable. Except you are intimidated by a lady's success otherwise why are you looking for a shooting star at undergraduate level who will desert your pocket.

You are not doing well bro cheesy

When they say the black man is cursed, black people would start shouting.

I just read sarki’s thread on the collapse of Nigerian Airways and was thinking to myself, “we need the best leaders in Nigeria to reverse a whole lot of damage”.

Then I spot this thread next, open it and see the same black people engaged in heavy debate, not on how to move the country forward, but about which tribe will rule.

Can you imagine? Who really cursed black people? I mean, I’m almost in tears right now.

You mean you guys haven’t suffered enough?

The epileptic power situation, the collapsed Nigerian airways, the bad roads, the lawless driving, lack of security, Boko Haram, lack of quality education, dying currency, high unemployment rates, double digit inflation, economic depression, over population, high illiteracy rates...

Yet all you can think about is “which tribe”? Is that how far your intellect will take you?

For the past few presidential elections in Nigeria, those who win are those who don’t participate in presidential debates. That is to show you that you black people don’t even care about policies, all you care about is tribe.

Nigeria that was supposed to serve as a beacon of hope for the entire black race. Look at us, sacrificing skill and competence on the altar of tribalism, to appease the gods of mediocrity.

Who cursed black people?

You have spoken well. I don tire to dey see thread like this.

fortran12:

Lock down is not the solution. It is a fact that lock down alone does not work. All they need to do is to build structures that will enforce social distancing etc. How many hand sanitizing stations did they build? How many face masks or shields did they distribute? Are they making sure that companies that are open ( banks)are complying with the safety regulations?

Build structures? Lol are you referring to Nigerian government? The remaining questions asked, you know the answer already.

Salary earners who have not lost their jobs yet, single people who work online, essential workers, etc, will vote yes. Most others would vote no.

A lockdown is the most brainless way to fight the Coronavirus. Our leaders need to use their wits and imagination to figure out better, smarter ways.

We cannot afford to wreck the economy by locking it down. If we wreck the economy then where will we get the money needed to fight the virus?

Yet, we cannot afford to allow lots of people to get sick and be killed by the virus. The fear of being infected is enough to wreck the economy.

The only way forward is to use face-masks and enforce science-based infection minimization rules to protect lives and also protect the economy.

It is crucial to understand that, as a poor country with a large population, we don’t have the luxury of choosing between saving lives and saving the economy. If we lose one, we will surely lose the other.

This is Nigeria where motorists, people, market places, etc have thrown caution to the wind. Are you not in Lagos to see how people disregard simple instruction to wear nose mask and observe social distancing?

I don't like the lockdown idea but if it is to correct the stubbornness of people, Lagos should enforce it with immediate effect.

Early or late, it depends on your marital goal.

If your aim is to start a family, then you're a little late considering the life expectancy in Nigeria is 53. This means you have about 12 yrs or more.

This is not a good advice. Do you listen to outsiders who draw foolish conclusion about our life expectancy. After all, there are lot of old people in our society who are above 80 and living fine.

@ OP, it's never too late to start a family at 41. Your aim is to have a peaceful marriage and make sure you have the means for it. May God help you Sir.

Lawlessness, ignorance, stubborness is having a field day in Lagos. People don't observe the simple rule of wearing nose cover and observe social distancing. The security agents are not helping matters either hence milk the masses through bribe at various check points. Also, Motorists ( Danfo & Keke riders) have thrown caution to the wind with full capacity of passengers in their respective vehicles and ignore the preventive measures of the pandemic spread.

I already sense that there will be another lockdown. The lockdown should immediately take full effect.

Bear in mind that Amdman is in Canada, meaning if you contact him first thing in the morning in Nigeria, he may still be in bed.

Just look at the time, do minus 6hrs and debate whether it is wise to contact a normal human being at that time?

1pm to 2pm Nigerian time is probably Early morning where he is. So start from there.......

Customer service irrespective of location and time difference should be the manstra every business must possess to maintain customers and bring in new ones.

If complains are flying about this, it should be addressed else could turn off potential customers from doing business with you.

Adman has built a unique brand especially here that we got scammers but this small thing can strain his business reputation if not figured out on time.

Adman, just a little suggestion, hire two customer support persons that will handle online chats and social media platforms like WhatsApp, twitters, etc. to handle information requests from your customers. By doing this, your business will experience exponential growth.

You are doing well cheesy. More grease to your elbow!

What you suggested for some government officials to resume work is what the government did, uf you don't have any important thing to do outside, you stay inside.

Health / Re: 170 New Coronavirus Cases Reported. Total 2558. 400 discharged. 87 deaths by wristbangle: 12:58am On May 04, 2020
This is not the time for government to ease the lockdown. Using developed countries as case study to resume work when the covid-19 test done so far is less than 1% of country's population will backfire and result to massacre.

Essential companies and few government parastatals ( higher level cadre) can resume while lower cadre employees & private firms should observe curfew.

Just this evening when I went out to get something at the junction. With the lockdown still ongoing, I saw danfo buses operating with passengers filled to brim in each buses. No social distancing, no use of nose cover, etc. The drivers&conductors look tattered as if they haven't had their bath for a year. Is this the kind of people that want to wash their hands regularly per trip?

Sanwo should note that greedy commuters and hasty passengers will not abide by the kitchen laws he dished.

From the comments I am reading here. I have come to a conclusion that most people do not know how businesses are run.

Diamond bank was a very big competitor in the financial markets same as AccessBank. Both banks has branches all over Nigeria. Before the merger, the common thing is, where there are bank branches, you see so many other banks there. In a location, you will see, AccessBank, gtbank, fbn, uba, Diamond etc in almost all the competitive environments. Now that there is a merger between AccessBank and diamond bank. Do you expect them to run both branches at the same time? When they are next to each other? That will be insane. The moment they merged, I knew that this was bound to happen. I just do not know when.

Some of the closures are understandable.

For example. There is an AccessBank next to diamond band inside unizik awka.

Also. There is AccessBank next to diamond bank in Regina awka.

There is also an AccessBank next to diamond bank in main market. Same in building materials ogidi.

I do not think that both branches will operating at the same time in the same location when it actually is one entity. That is a pure waste of running cost.

It is very understandable that half of the AccessBank branches be closed after the merger with diamond bank. No need for the waste.

And since those branches are closed, the staff will also be retrenched.

Nobody is contending this but he disguised under COVID-19 to perfect his long term plan to shut down and retrench employees, especially diamond bank and low perfoming access branches which are few in the list.

Yesterday someone in the other thread was charged 460/1$ on access bank card, while others like GTB and stanbic ibtc still charged 400/$1. So buying 10 dollar things, u would have paid extra 600 naira, while 100dollars, extra 6000 naira. Now if u love your self, this is not the best time to do any major transactions with them, you will regret. Something is not right with that bank, covid 19 is just an excuse. Am moving my cash gradually away from them. Only bank u will do online transaction and will charge u twice days apart on same transactions and still double charge you for different SMS.

One of the bright comments on this thread. I remembered doing an international transaction with access bank last year and normally should charge like N364 or N367 to a dollar instead they charged N398. On the other hand, GTB charged N361.

I stopped banking with them and transferred all my money to another bank.

For those who have ears now should hear, now it's the time to transfer all your funds to another bank( with strong financial record). Access bank doesn't cut it at all.

Oh I forgot to mention, access bank is the only bank that charge N1,980 for ATM renewal.

Well thought idea but some are flawed.

The public transport can't work because the level of compliance will be low. Did they expect agbero and traffic ward to obey this when they are all out to make & extort money? With this in effect, 7 passengers in a danfo will pay for 14 passengers which means the transport will be at least 100% higher.

Saying 60% of employees in a private coy should resume can't fly. Most of these employers are greedy and will expect all staffs to resume.

Ghana attempted this but the counts of Covid 19 patients skyrocketed. Now they are back on lockdown.

I agree with other points mentioned but the two points stated above should not be embarked.
