most of these states you have mentioned are the most divided states along ethnic line in Nigeria. The better they rope themselves to one of the proposed regions the most peaceful for them. Kogi state alone have three popular ethnic groups each fighting for superiority even thought one of the tribes is claiming lordship on the rest of them by clinging very dirty to power.
