dude i v not spent up to 6 years in obodo oyinbo o,and I'm an international student I'm leaving this country as soon as my programme is done here so don't get me mixed up with someone else, I'm a born and bred naija with a naija pali and i do not work at all, suffering and smilling hell naw, I'm inside my warm apate(apartment)chopping and sleeping.
well if i have to defend anywhere in nigeria,it ll be my house first and foremost, which i assure you is not a slum, r you a non nigerian because if you r nigerian ,then both our country is the gutter you r reffering to, the diffrence between me and you is that the fact that i don't suffer in nigeria or live in the slums doesnt mean i wont stand up for my country anywhere i am.

of course i hve often wished nigeria would be like britain or the states but what i wouldnt do like you ,elosela and others is put down my roots at the expence of a country where the best you can ever hope for is being a second class citizen, if you do not think that is what the average englishman thinks of you then you my man are lieing,
we have an excuse of bad leadership in nigeria which we can do little about unless you r advocating that the youths who are hungry and bereft of hope should face the nigerian army who s got guns with stones and sticks,we have an excuse of a total breakdown of the judiciary, legislature e.t.c what excuse do the english men and women with greasy hair, bad teeth, overweight have for not getting a job when a nigerian will even bribe to get a job any job?

they are crying about immigrants taking jobs that they wouldnt do in the first place, how many british people work in strawberry fields pickn strawberrys, how many british people picks cockles, how many british people work as a factory packer?and ou r here defending people who hate your guts on a nigerian site
Lucabrasi, God bless you real good.

PropertiesLekki Scheme II by X2X(op): 1:19pm On Oct 25, 2008
Greetings,

I recently heard about the Lekki Scheme II project by lagis state govt. From what I gathered,
the govt is selling plots to interested folks at around 6 million per plot.

Can someone kindly post more details about the scheme please? (e.g where is Lekki Scheme II
located in the Lekki-Epe axis, requirements to purchase a plot, etc).

Thanks

Sorry this is a bit offtopic, but does an "ordinary" share dealing account (e.g from Barclays Stockbrokers,
or H&B, etc) allow one purchase GDR's? I left a PM for you on NN.

Thanks

Tatase:
what does that have to do with anything? please we're not talking about the super eagles we're talking premiership. and as far as hotness unless you're talking about fineness, i don't think so. yak though inconsistent is having a good start to the season. Ok to be fair, Mikel had an ok-ish game against Villa today but he has not been much more than a how-for-do midfielder in his time at chelsea like if deco and essien are fit which one is he hoping to displace? or abi he wants to take over from lampard, j. cole or ballak? Abeg jare! He might be making money but at least we're not the ones forking the change over for his erratic behavior and poor tackling skills. Please please i think we will manage with what we have and as for mikel, I call it a lucky escape, a blessing from God, chelsea is more than welcome to him.
I such a shame. It is only the black man that so recklessly hates his own kind.

Go to International sports forums and boards and see how people lavish praises
on the boy, yet we, his fellow country men are more than happy to slaughter him.

@dswebmas

Landis asked a very valid question, I am surprised you resorted to spin.

What has whether landis has a house got to do with the veracity of your
claims of a good deal in Gwarinpa?

As far as we know, you can claim to have sold 1000 apartments at 50%: no
one can verify that. Maybe you should start by responding to Aminu (Oranges)
and the others who are "still waiting" for your email with pix.

I am sure no one here is in need of recharge cards from you.

Cheers.
ProgrammingRe: Netbeans Vs Eclipse Vs Jboss by X2X(m): 4:34am On May 10, 2008
I had been with JBuilder since version 1 was released in 1997. We recently trialled NetBeans and Eclipse and settled  for Netbeans.

Eclipse probably has greater followership, and currently enjoy support from majors like IBM and Borland, etc. However, I personally find Eclipse unwieldy. I also don't like the idea of "unstandardized extensions"  - like SWT/JFace. Part of the reason why we dumped JBuilder was because the latest release is based on the Eclipse Platform.

Netbeans seems to me to be "slimmer" and more straight to the point and I love the Matisse UI developement features. In addition, since NB is from Sun, the IDE   would probably be the first to provide support for the most recent platform technologies and changes, I think.

BusinessRe: Opening A Spa In Lagos Or Abuja Will It Work? by X2X(m): 6:15pm On May 05, 2008
Ajebota:
A day spa is a business establishment which people visit for professionally administered personal care treatments such as massages and facials. It is similar to a beauty salon in that it is only visited for the duration of the treatment. In contrast, a destination spa offers the same services in a hotel setting where people reside for one or more days.
Aha. Ajebota, many thanks for the explanation. Cheers.

Have a very safe trip and don't forget to visit your Banks so you can tell what they look like and go with little presents to give people you didnt expect to meet. Most important of all eat all the good food (Non GM) you can eat and have a large portion of Ram suya for me.
Very good point. Should get some little presents for ma stockbroker! About the suya, I am sure NBA can sort that out.

Cheers

I am also journeying from the UK to Motherland in June. I never wanted to fly British Airways, but I didnt "trust" the Virgin Nigeria online credit card payment system (couldnt see "https" with "padlock sign" which indicates secure communication with their servers) so I opted for British Airways.

My question is: has anyone ever used a credit card on Virgin Nigeria website? If not, how do folks go about arranging tickets for Vigin Nigeria from say London to Lagos? Pay by UBA NRN? because I heard Virgin Nigeria has a lot of runnings with UBA.
