Spot on analysis! |
Impressive stuff. The construction paid attention to detail and looks top-notch! Though the railings wouldn't have been my first choice. They look more like something you'd see in a home. From the pics it's clear the job isn't finished yet. That's for those asking where the beds, ventilators, etc are. And the buidling can stiil be used for something else health-related when this pandemic is over. |
SpecialAdviser:It's now become the norm rather than the exception, so the media has become desensitised to all the murder! Just one person is murdered in the US, UK or France for instance and the entire country shuts down! But come to 'one Nigeria' and see innocent men, women and babies hacked down to death weekly in industrial numbers, yet the useless country carries on regardless! No one is asking for the impeachment of that bigoted waste of space in Aso Rock, or asking him to live up to his sworn oath of protecting lives and properties of ALL Nigerians, so it's fair to say Nigeria is getting the leadership it deserves! God has departed from this evil country, so stop disturbing his peace with empty, meaningless prayers and platitudes! |
Lyydia:When hell freezes over! |
The indignant bastards foaming at the mouth that some 'IPOB members' were caught with stolen rifles in Delta state would hardly bee seen on this thread expressing the same self-righteous indignation at the total lack of safety of lives and property owing to the antics of *northern elements all over the country (*some may be Fulani, but there's no concrete proof they're all herdsmen)! Just yesterday, there was a story of two bastards sentenced to death by hanging for murdering a young girl and harvesting her parts for rituals! Now my question is: all these years these evil northern elements have been killing, kidnapping, and raping, how many of them have been caught, tried for their crimes, and more importantly, SENTENCED TO DEATH!? In the past 6 years, we've witnessed an astronomical increase in their diabolical activities, and recorded TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DEATHS, so i ask again: how many of these scumbags have been hanged for their wickedness!? It appears it's only when it has to do with southerners in general, and suspected IPOB members in particular, that the useless and ethnicised Nigerian army and police will find their mojo! |
jom28gy:........good times! ![]() |
That figure of 150 billion per year is suspect considering the naira at that point was roughly equla to the dollar. Maybe they meant to say 150 million naira. The story doesn't draw any tears from me! The elements running Nigeria today are the same ones that ran it back then and ran it aground! The rot wasn't showing that much then because they had just started their ruinous control of power, plus the fact there was plenty of petro-dollars to cover up their mistakes at the time! |
Was the sex that bad!? ![]() |
StaffofOrayan:What exactly is your point....you saying it's the Fulani that've lived in these areas for decades that are the ones committing these murderous acts, or that it may not be them but that they should suffer the ire of the locals because the useless Fulani elite in Abuja and the core north haven't criticised the 'outside Fulani'!? What exactly is your point? |
It's really unforunate that the Fulani that have settled in these places for decades and been living peacefully with the locals are now having to bear the brunt of the anger arising from the murderous activities of their newly arrived kinsmen (some from other West African countries)! I don't think these bastards will go back to the Fulani settlements to carry on with life after a murdering, raping and kidnapping spree! There's a place on the outskirts of Enugu, where they have that nice beach that students and picnickers go to catch fun. There's a Fulani settlement there, and it's been there for decades now. They've lived there peacefully and they even interact with visitors to the beach. I doubt these Fulani will go out and hide in the bushes looking for people to attack! It's the foreigners and newly arrived Fulani that are the problem!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB42rTb_0l8 |
Godons1:For a start, you could have got those pics from anywhere! And another thing is....assuming it's from the south-east, it's obvious it's a illegal operation as no genuine gov't approved pharmaceutical coy manufactures under such conditions and hence it ought to be shut down! You're just seeking relevance mate! Igbos have said they can live a separate existence without you, yet you're shamelessly following them about all over the place insisting we need you! Get a life mate.....and some dignity as well while you're at it! |
Beautifulminde3:Don't mind him! He's just looking for relevance! |
Amarabae:Hehehehehe ![]() You're fast losing the plot! |
Amarabae:Your intentions become clearer the more digusted and pissed off you get! Hopefully you'd puke in 'disgust' so we can learn more about what drives your insanity! ![]() |
SLAP44:A lot in that region are not that strategic and calculating for such a longterm plan! They're not patient enough for such but believe in instant gratification! This is part of the reason why their resources have been bled dry under their noses and they've ended up with little or nothing besides a few enriched ex-militants and polluted creeks and rivers! |
horsepower102:And what made you arrive at that conclusion....the online rants of some Igbo hating bigots, or the vituperations of a handful of compromised and bought 'youth leaders' and 'militants' in cahoots with Abuja? You might just as well forgo having elections and just swear in anyone the thugs and most vocal youths in a village tell you is the most popular candidate! |
maestroferddi:And look what became of his efforts! Look where that urbaneness, pragmatism, etc, got him! He actually thought he was dealing with human beings....gentlemen who were men of their word! You people don't know the kind of inhumane animals we're up against in this country! No depths are too low for them to sink into in their ongoing campaign of putting Ndigbo 'in their place' and preserving their ATM that is 'one Nigeria' |
eduj:A huge part of the problem is that there is no all-encompassing vision and economic outlook for the entire Alaigbo, unlike what we saw in the time of Dr M I Okpara! Every Igbo state is doing their own thing....some relatively well and others stumbling about in the dark! The governors see themselves as emperors and are loving the power and adulation that goes with it! They would bluntly refuse to delegate any form of economic decision making to any centralised body! Mbakwes' Imo was well on its way to becoming an industrial and economic miracle.....and then Buhari happened! ![]() |
gidgiddy:Word! Mine is a bit different though, in that it was Mazi Kanu and IPOB that actually opened my eyes to the futility of our remaining in Nigeria! It says a lot that even Uwazurike and his grp couldn't achieve this! |
nijabazaar:IPOB and Mazi Kanu don't have the power to force any grp to join Biafra! Their position is to start from the historically known Biafra, and then any group not happy to join can opt out! I suspect a lot of people railing against IPOB and Mazi Kanu know within themselves that ALL these non Igbo ethnic grps in the Niger-Delta or the so called south-south will either opt to join the Igbos in a loose federation or choose to go it alone! Remaining in 'one Nigeria' would not be an option for them, and this is what 'one Nigerianists' from other parts of the country actually fear, hence their resolve to attack Mazi Kanu and IPOB at any given opportunity! I can tell you for free that these non easterners actually fear Mazi kanu and IPOB more than the bloodthirsty bokos! |
mrvitalis:I think you meant to say loose.....yes? |
ceejeck:Fair enough! |
Umueme:I wonder why you want to engage that guy in an argument? |
You see, the issue you ignore today because you feel you're benefiting from it, will come round full cycle tomorrow to bite you hard in the butt! Wasn't it this same almajiri kids that trooped out in their numers to vote for Buhari, yet some people kept quiet because they wanted him to 'win' the 2019 election! Always stand for the truth! With honesty and truth you can never go wrong.....its effects are unimpeachable, immutable and beyond reproach! |
ceejeck:Is this thing he's doing in Nsukka averse to being photographed of recorded? I guess we'll just have to take your word for it! |
Rikidony:An international one! ![]() |
A drive through inner Abakaliki streets to the stadium. The city looks peaceful, relatively clean and has a good network of roads. Clip courtesy Helen's Corner: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPARExvV0FRuK0bJFcura7w https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLi_DyKiADA |
Umueme:This looks nice and well constructed. |
I've never liked this mode of building flyovers, where you have just a small section with pillars that can serve as underpass and the rest filled up with earth! Where the hell will they get all the earth needed to fill that huge receptacle? I prefer the way Ebonyi built theirs.....that style frees up the area underneath the flyover and gives a sense of openess and space! |
All these people (both impostor Igbo wannabes and cynical Igbos) are yet to explain just how Igbos will go about this 'forcing' of none Igbo ethnicities in the Niger-Delta or so called south-south to go with them in the event of Igbos seceding from the shithole! I believe most of these monikers insulting Igbos, Mazi Kanu and IPOB over the bid for a referendum on secession are from those ethnicities that believe they can't survive without 'one Nigeria'....and by extension, Igbos (they despise us, yet can't live without us)! They are either bold enough to claim their true ethnic identity or they're Igbo wannabe impostors! I may not agree with everything Mazi Kanu and IPOB say, but i have tons of respect for both him and his organisation! I've always stated that any keyboard warrior that has a problem with Mazi Kanus' approach (someone that left the comfort of his London abode to face the murderous Nigerian tyrant, and lost his parents in the process) should start their own movement and do things their way! Mazi Kanu and IPOB DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO FORCE ANYBODY TO JOIN THE CAUSE...all they can do and have been doing thus far is to persuade, so why the heck are some acting like they will be dragged by the scruff of the neck and co-opted into Biafra against their will! This is why a referendum is sort! Mazi Kanu has explained how a Biafra including Igbos and other willing ethnicities would be a equitable, just and fair society....one in which all component parts will belong as equals not minding their size or population, and one in which all will own their resources and contribute in writing the articles of association (constitution) that would guide daily life in the new republic! This is a damn sight more than we're getting in Nigeria today! |
Trailblazer1:Buhari no send! Where's that meme of him jejely picking his teeth after having his dinner!? |
Abagworo:Is it the same Imo that had a empty till when Ihedioha took over, and was in a complete administrative mess thanks to the 8 comical years of Rochas....that's the one you're saying Ihedioha saw 19 billion to 'mismanage' and 'chop' in seven months? The same Ihedioha that was looking for money to govern? It's only myopic APC goons that will declare Rochas was good for Imo state and used its funds (ie- the pathetic IGR his admin' was collecting; all the billions he took as loans; federal allocation; and 13% derivation) judiciously and prudently! Dude is a fraud, and just used APGA and a holier-than-thou mien to deceive NdiImo into voting for him the first time around! What you claim to be 'doing worse' was just Ihedioha trying to bring sanity and order back to governance in the state! If Imo is not careful, they would be heading down the same route Abia took since 1999! As Abia has shown us, a state can withstand visionless governance and raiding the states coffers only for so long, before they eventually buckle and collapse under the weight of misgovenance! |
