Have you ever thought that it might be that the Igbo man is the biggest problem of the Igbo man and not Hausa/Fulani and Yorubas are brainwashed to believe?

Even events of late validate this with SARS atrocities in the SE being the worst and most inhuman in Nigeria by far. Your leaders then conspired to build a wall of silence around the genocide committed by James Nwafor etal.

When you have demonic law enforcement and political leaders like that, one wonders why the Igbo man never looks closer to home to see his biggest enemy.

I have never absolved our greedy elite from the south-east of blame! They share at least 45% of the blame for our travails as their greed has made them willing tools in the hands of bigoted Igbo haters!

Politics / Re: Abia State Development Thread- PICTURES by XANDERBOY85: 12:47am On Jul 01, 2020
sage:
Very few cities in West Africa has the potential Aba does. Aba should be a leading African city known on a first name basis around the continent. The place should be the pride of Igbo land. With so many Igbo people in the diaspora, this should be the Lagos and Abuja of the east. Where people come to all the time be they resident in Malaysia, South Africa, Germany, Canada or Brazil

The people who have power in Abia state are destroying the place and sinking its potential. Paying for propaganda will not fix it at all or change anything

The problems with Aba in particular and Abia in general started with the first useless governor that is now parading himself about as a 'committed and caring' Senator! Some of the state and federal politicians representing the south-east are crooks that used federal or local godfather might to steal the mandates they presently hold! Politics to them first and foremost is a means to feather their nests and prance about as 'Governor', 'Senator', etc! They do not have the capacity nor the passion to put the interests of their people first, be innovative and think outside the box!

Other states since 1999 have at one time or the other been unfortunate to have visionless and ineffective governments, but with Abia state it's been back-to-back! We have a Governor that has now spent more than 5 years in office, yet the major market of the major commercial/industrial city of the state is looking like that!? Contrast this with what Umahi has done in Ebonyi during the same period!

Take a look at the Kaduna city thread, and see the difference in posts to those of this Enugu one. The contributors -even though some of them engage themselves in debates on the politics of Kaduna city/state- seem genuine even if sometimes passionate! You don't see on that thread insecure Igbos filling the thread with unsightly pics of the poorest areas of Kaduna, or trying to engage in a bt of dick-measuring!

Any Nwafor and Ada notice it appears Ndigbo are a threat to a certain grp of people? Once any thread showcasing any Igbo city/state appears on the politics section, they immediately gatecrash the thread with their multiple monikers (including the ones they use to pretend they're Igbo)! They then either use one of their 'Igbo' monikers to abuse either the city/state of another ethnic grp, or they abuse another Igbo city/state! Next, they use either their real none Igbo monikers to respond....posting outdated or the worst pics they can find of Igbo cities with the excuse that Igbos started it; or they use their fake Igbo monikers to abuse other Igbo cities/states to make it look like Ndigbo are fighting amongst themselves....with this one, it's guaranteed one of the insecure scumbags will ask, 'is this how they will live in their Biafra?'

I think studies have to be made on why these people despise and hate Igbos so much, yet they can't seem to live without us....following us about all over the place like an unwanted love interest!

What is they 'hype' you hear about Enugu, and why does it annoy you?

why do you all think Kaduna is Muslim and hausa only? Don't you know there are almost as much christians as Muslims?
The difference is just 45 -55
Infact i grew up in Kaduna without seeing or talking to any Muslim apart from the ones that roam the streets to sell something...
you people will accuse black americans that they don't know their African history yet you easterners and Southerners don't even know anything about the north.

Well, one could be forgiven for thinking it’s a ‘muslim State’ seeing as both the governor and his deputy are both Muslim, and seeing that it always seems to be Muslims governing the state! The only time i can remember a Christian governing the state, he met his waterloo in a helicopter crash! undecided

that's why it becomes more startegic for us play our game politically so that when we assume leadership position, we can start bringing vital and long impactful projects in our region the way the North has used the vantage point to their advantage. If you are hoping to achieve Biafra, you'll wait eternity. that's the honest truth, make your peace with that..

There's no need to 'make my peace' with a load of horseshit coming from a Igbo wannabe like you! You wouldn't recognise TRUTH even if it came up and gave you a well deserved slap on your 'one Nigeria' loving face!

What do we have: we have a grossly anti-Igbo party led by a equally grossly anti-Igbo and bigoted president that has tagged them 5 percenters just 'cos they didn't fall over themselves to 'vote' for him the way almajiri children, illegal immigrants, ghosts and cows voted for him in his core muslim north; we have a man that believes the presidency belongs to the Fulani, and this is reflected in most of the appointments he makes to critical economic and security positions, while shunting Ndigbo (ONE OF THE THREE MAJOR ETHNIC GRPS IN THE COUNTRY) to the sidelines....leaving them with nothing; we have a greedy bastard of a president that feels it's ok to take a 22 billion dollar loan and leave out an entire region because he despises them and has tagged them 5 percenters, and when asked 'oga, wetin happen', his minions will use their get-out-of-jail card that is the 2nd Niger bridge to say Ndigbo are getting their share and therefore have nothing to complain about; we have a president that feels it's ok to send down Fulani soldiers to gun down protesting Igbo youth in cold blood just because they're agitating for freedom, and up till today there's still no inquiry into the state-sponsored murders; we have a president that campaigned in 2015 on the twin issues of security and economy, yet today -on both counts- things have nosedived deep into the gutter from how they were when GEJ was president, with Nigeria now being tagged a shithole, hosting two of the worlds five most deadliest terror grps, and being headquarters of the poorest of the poor in the entire universe!

You see all this, and instead of you to realise the present political-economy in place since the late 60s is no more tenable and is antithetical to the interests of Ndigbo, you that claims to be a Igbo man feels it's ok to continue doing the same thing we've been doing since the late 60 and expect a different result! It's fools like you that feel voting in a certified bigot, a wahabist and a islamofascist in 2015 was such a good idea, and that he will 'phight kwarruption' and lead us to Uhuru!

Dude, you just can't be Igbo with this serious case of stockholm-syndrome you're exhibiting! smiley

if we have gas already in Ajaokuta, why can't this power plant be build around that vicinity, instead of Abj, KD and Kano.

we can have a Solar farm in those areas, to reduce cost of electricity production.

It’s the same upside down thinking that made them think it was such a good idea to site a refinery in Kaduna state....far away from its source of raw material!

Trying to make a socio-economic analysis of the Nigerian economy is a herculean task because Nigeria operates with a completely different set of rules from the rest of the world!

Nigeria is not working bro. Even if we have an igbo president it won't work. Nigeria is too complex, Europe had to disintegrate into many nations. Nigeria is comprised of at least 5 nations. Nigeria wasn't created to function well, it's the handiwork of European imperialists. We must not continue their agenda. The earlier u see Nigeria from this point the better.
Biafra will not only benefit igbos, it will benefit everyone, cos it will now be everyone for themselves, and they'll happily love and build their land. Tribalism, Nepotism, religious differences won't allow us work together.. We are too different to be one country, that's a fact, and bloods have already been shed, so there can never be true peace and forgiveness.
