I am not a lawyer but I am familiar with United States justice system. If found guilty of all the counts, all the sentences will run simultaneously. In sentencing a criminal United States, the judge consider a lot of things and first among it is if the person is a first offender or repeated offender, if the criminal is a first offender, the Judge give you the minimum keeping in mind or hopefully you will return because keeping in prison for a long time is it drain on taxpayers money.

I don't think so. public defender is not a bad thing. its cost so much to hire a lawyer and considering his fake life, he might just not be able to afford one which leave him with no choice. On a normal circumstances, he should get less than a year if found guilty cos this a his first time and just a transaction.

Credit cards, Internet scam etc are federal crime in State. He is a first offender so I guess he just going to get a slap in the wrist between 6 to 11 months which is a misdemeanor but if he get a meet a racist judge, then he is in for a big sh**t.

I'm not a fan of GEJ but if GEJ is a definition of failure, what is Buhari? Average Nigerians on the street will prefer pre May 2015 to post May 2015. GEJ has numerous fault and he is not an Angel but a clueless GEJ is better than brilliant Buhari considering the situation of things. my opinion though.

He is the definition of failure; he failed himself, he failed his people, he failed the South and above all, Nigerians. His wife would have done better in his place.

And I say again, his wife would have done better.

JAMB should centralized the process and regulate it. JAMB does not need to open CBT centers but regulate the private CBT center who wish to participate and stipulate the price CBT centers will charge. GRE and GMAT do not have CBT centers across the world even in Nigeria but a center will never ask you for money cos they know it's automatic disqualification for such center.

People hire drivers so that they can attend to other things while on transit. A governor should be able to make important calls, attend to files and read the newspapers and letters or even rest while on transit.

For example, you cannot send a CV, cover letter or an email full of grammatical errors to a potential employer and expect them to take you seriously.

Sule Lamido is one of the most brilliant and intelligent politician in the North. He turned Jigawa to morden city from beggars colony. There are jobless lawyer still. What you study in university should be a foundation if you graduated from non professional discipline. Nothing is guaranty even if you study medicine. My ex girlfriend studied speech pathology and is she jobless. She is an American in studied in one of the best university in her state. The reality is simple, identify your passion and go for it. if it's your passion, you will always find a way to excel in it.

I have nothing in place. I grow up around poultry and I have liking for it. Was thinking it will not be a bad idea to invest a thousand dollar or so and watch it grow. My choice of Lagos or Ogun state is due to close proximity to my family so they can check on it so I will be throwing my money away. Naija not smiling...

I am a Yoruba man and if there is any Yoruba man who stand a chance to be a president then the person is Fayose. You might not like his style of governance but give it to him, he has balls. He is the only governor in Nigeria that arrest Fulani menace while other governors are crying like a baby. On my personal opinion, he is the only man that enjoy general acceptance from majority of the Yoruba and Igbo people. Fayose stand a chance more than Tinubu to be a president of Nigeria one day.. my opinion though
