GEJ has lots of faults which is agreed but Nigeria and Nigerians made lots of gains during his administration but Buhari has a good heart to turn things around but he lack the knowledge, intelligence and to make it worse, he is too stubborn to listen to superior argument. Buhari administration has gotten to the level that average Nigerians can't feed their families and we are gradually turning to nations of beggars. Corruptions is secondary if you can't feed your family, pay rent and take care of your children

they blasted GEJ for the 14 people that died at the immigration exercise, yet they provide excuses for over 230 people killed in an IDP camp.

they abused GEJ for not visiting chibok, the applaud PMB for going abroad after 230 people were killed by the NAF

they mocked exchange rate at N216, now they provide justification for it at N490...

they kicked against removal of subsidy, now they see it as a move by a 'wise' regime.

they condemned foreign trips, now they think its for the good of Nigeria.

when inflation was at 9% they threatened fire & brimstone, its now 18.6% & they are preaching patience.

they blasted GEJ for every security situation in the country, now they blame the citizens for insecurity in the country...

Deziani is blasted for owning a home in Abuja, but Buratai is hailed as being prudent for owning homes in Dubai...

Nigerians and superstition are like bread and butter. The man in the picture looks mad and lots of money is 5, 10 and 20 denomination. We are way behind among countries of the world and our mentality of someone is behind my progress from the village etc will further makes us as a nation stay behind. How does PMB no nonsense attitude feed millions of hungry Nigerians?. Millions of internally displaced people in the north are dying of hunger.I believe average Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria because sentiment, tribalism and religious bigot has eaten deep thru our bones. The country is getting hard daily and difficult to survive for hard working Nigerians and the government can't come up with any sensible policy to ease the masses suffering. I'm glad the blame game had stop and if nothing is coming from APC led government after almost 2 years in government, then time is running out on them for real.

Leaving the whole passenger luggage behind only happen in Nigeria. Airline can mistaking left your luggage behind and such airline will admit their fault and you will be compensated for such mistake.. for example, Southwest airline will pay you close to $3000 for leaving your luggage behind and I have be praying for them to leave my luggage behind but they never will.. It's unfortunate but any system that involves human beings will have problems because human beings are fallible.

Buhari honesty can't and will not do magic. The only way out is good economic policies which the present administration is lacking.. This administration need to call on well meaning Nigerians to proffer solutions that will propel us out of the recession and not honesty and integrity of Buhari which is nothing but subjective remark.

Black Friday is over hype even in USA. I used to work in Walmart distribution center and i can tell you the Black Friday goods are specially packed from China and are low standard compare to regular goods sold by walmart.

Good observation. The white keep coming to invest in Africa because they can access loan with minimal intereat rate back home, invest in Africa with next to nothing due to curruption and make astronomical profit and flight the proceed back home. African leave Africa because Africa is a grave yard of talent. They arrive Europe or America and make decend wages, enjoy basic amenities which is not existences in Africa and they forget about Africa for good.

Interesting topic but I will rather invest where my investment is secure. I don't want to take a loan to buy a tractor trailer only for such trailer to be set on fire because of accident or street fight between neighboring street. Can anyone imagine how many Dangote's trailer has been set of fire for God knows reason? Nigeria is one of the most difficult place to invest.

As it stand now, GEJ will win presidential election if an election is conducted today. I'm not his fan though. Nigerians pioritize surival over fighting corruption and that's what Buhari administration has failed to learn. Fighting corruption when people lose their jobs daily, can't pay rent or feed their family is useless. Buhari administration needs to pioritize his goals which should be job creation and providing business friendly environment so that the country can attract FDI. The blame game is counter-productive now and needs to be deleted from their system

First of all, the Jonathan administration did very little to enact fundamental economic changes that the country needed. He failed to stamp out corruption: Nigeria's rank is 136 out of 167 countries according to Transparency international. He also failed to make Nigeria a conducive place for business: Nigeria is ranked at 116 out of 178 ranked countries in terms of economic freedoms index and in terms of the ease of doing business Nigeria is ranked at 169 by the World Bank and you guys wonder why Nigeria is poor.






I agreed with you on the level of corruption in GEJ administration but i completely disagree with you on the business climate in Nigeria during GEJ administration. Nigeria business environment is one of the most difficult in the world due to lack of power, poor road network and bribery and corruption in almost every corner of the country. Even with our difficult business environment, GEJ was still able to attract foreign investors and Nigeria for once in our history become investors hub in Africa

Actually one of the indices to measure how business friendly an economy is, is by measuring the amount of private sector jobs that were created during a certain time period. Govts around the world usually boast about the number of jobs that were created under there administration as it is a good indication of how effective there economic policy's were.

I am not a fan of GEJ or Buhari but comparing the numbers of private jobs created or lost during this administration, GEj economic policies is ahead of Buhari. My take though

This government is cut in between doing the right things and saying what average Nigerians want to hear which is embedded in our emotional thinking ways of life. GEJ has his many faults but his goal on creating enabling business environment stand him out and this government should take a leaf from that. Government does not have business in doing business and any business government ventures into which is not provision of social services is dead on arrival. The best government in history is not judge about the numbers of jobs they created, they are judge how they provide enabling business environment with it multiple spiral effect of job creation and increase standing of living.

You are looking at one side of the story. The government can increase tax, increase PMS but can't increase minimum wage. The only way out of recession is for government to spend her way out.

The country is in recession. This is no good time to talk minimum wage. It would not make any sense if NLC succeeds in talking the government into increasing the minimum wage, and at the end of the month and for months government owes salary and blame their inability to pay on lack of funds. NLC should think outside the box and lay low for now.

Awesome and she deserve encouragement. The world has moved from subsistence agriculture. How many people will the casava feed? Can she sustain on the proceed of her farming?. I know for sure Nigerians are not lazy but subsistence farming is labour intensive and scares young people away. The government needs to come in big time by giving interest free loan to people like her, free land and cooperative education to farmers. Nothing is wrong for a president to commission a school but the world has moved far away that. I believe Mr President is still living in yester years to have decided it worth his time and state resources to leave Abuja for Osun state only to commission a secondary school.

I beg to disagree Mr President. What left average Nigerians poor is haphazard implementation of TSA. Though laudable, hurried implemention resulted in shortage of cash flow and the banks was the major hit. Immediately the banks got cash strapped, they can't loan out and the result is what we are all seeing. The only way out is for the government to reinflate the economy

Nigeria is a difficult place to survive and the present administration is making it worse without concrete econimic plans and policies. Nobody thinks when they are hungry and the high price of basic food is an indication we are far from our promise land.

I was born and lived my college days in Nigeria and I was once of your opinion until I live somewhere else. The system has to work for people can think straight and profess solutions and take the nation to greater height. A situation you don't know where your next meal is coming from is not a situation to think. A situation everyday you go to work seems like your last day is not a situation to think.
We need to sit down as a nation and talk about the basic. The economy and the national in general needs to be restructure into a more sustainable way.

At Op. Sir, after taking time to read your write up, I hardly make sense of it. You only ranted without provide solution to numerous problems which is a trademark of average Nigerians. The attitude of PMB is a saint and all other Nigerians is a sinner should stop if we want to achieve anything in this country because Buhari can't be everywhere by himself. He still need to delegate power to people ad what's the point of delegation is public opinion as seen them as failed even when they are yet to start the projects assign to them.

Everything in Nigeria is not about PDP or APC. Most things is about common sense. World over, health sector is capital intensive and government should have minimal involvement. It's only in Nigeria either state or federal government own and operate hospital. Health sector should be left in the hand of private sectors while government duties is just regulation.

This government is a joke. The country is sliding into depression and all this government can do is warn and threaten private firms not to lay off staff even when the government is finding it difficult to pay salaries. This is not time to warn or threaten anybody, this is time to role out good economic policies that will cushion the effect of recession before will slide into depression and with all the worst things that comes with it.
