Yes na, store them under the trees.
Keep defending criminals while they steal your children's future away.

FYI, it's his constituency members who informed the ICPC.
You are too ignorant to be commenting on important topics.
No politician has ever delivered constituency project via mail delivery.
They buy, store and choose a date for the distribution.

Now the dumb ICPC have bungled the distribution.
Worse still, they have no case since the items are not being used.

Hope that wasn't too complex for you?

Stop commenting like an illiterate.

You are a stark illiterate and you should go play with people on your level of intellect.
Is it so hard to read the links you posted and recognize a political statement for what it is?

How a supposed adult doesn't know the difference between extrajudicial killing by security
forces and state-sanctioned killing is quite baffling.

SARS and soldiers kill innocent people all the time while carrying out their duties, does that mean Buhari ordered them?

I said they need yo prove it thanks for agreeing. Now you seem to agree with initial comments do we've come full circle.
Not really.
Your initial comment portrays Zakzaky as some evil criminal because of its links with Iran.
You even suggested he be denied bail or put in house arrest as punishment for the unfounded crimes he allegedly wishes to commit.

The Nigerian Police does not have the same responsibilities as the DSS

They do based intelligence report, they can hold someone in detention centers against any court ruling.
No state institution is above the constitution.

The DSS can hold someone without trial or might disobey court orders, if they believe such a person is threat to national security.
No, they can't. The constitution does not allow for that.
Even the Nigerian police do hold people indefinitely, but they are breaking the law.

I didnt say its illegal stop using strawman arguements. I said it can be argued it's suspicious transactions. If they have intelligence it a good reason to deny his bail because his freedom could be national security threat. Yes judges do deny bail based on suspicion like being flight risk. Yes Iran influence does come into play when dealing with national security and if you have reason to believe they're an asset to foreign state.

Its just like shutting down a business because it a front company to launder money. By you logic you'll say what wrong with owning laundry mat because you dont see nefarious dealing in background. The burden is on prosecutors to prove these allegations. Obviously they'll redact certain details but that's all. What they did who knows.
Any point can be argued regardless of its merit.
Suspicious transactions can range from fraud to money laundering or even gifts.
However, the term is meaningless for legal purposes.
The prosecutors need to show why such a transaction is suspicious.

There is no reason why a judge should take the word of the DSS for it, let them provide
evidence of the crimes committed by Zakzaky.

At the end of the day, the court ruling does not matter since the government can refuse to obey.

One cannot but wonder why the supposed terrorist was a free man until the Buratai incident.

Hoping for a revolution or trying to foment violent overthrow. The Iranians overthrew Mohammad mossadegh by force in 1979. I read it as latter. Anyway recieving suspicious transactions from foreign state is enough to deny bail. Its up to then to prove it with their intelligence thats theirs national security threat.
Is it illegal to receive foreign aid as a Nigerian citizen?
Please cite any part of the constitution or Nigerian law that forbids it.

El Zakzaky would have been in trouble if Nigeria had made it illegal to do business with
the government of Iran.
It doesn't matter what the Iranians did or didn't do because Iran is not on trial.
But the law does not work on suppositions and no serious judge will deny a person bail
for allegedly trying to commit a crime. They would need actual evidence, not conspiracies.

In a neutral court, El Zakzaky is more innocent than Sowore.

It's strange very few people mention the IMN links with Iran. I didnt know his history until omohayek actually mentioned it. The dude did try start Iranian style revolution so, it's no surprise the FG is wary of him. From what I was told Iran doesn't have muxh sway in Africa unless Turkey helps out. If they're able to move 10k for charity I do think they can do same for other clandestine activities.

I just dont understand why if they have all this information available about him the court would give him bail. The prosecution must be bad at their jobs. They can release him, put him on house arrest, have him wear ankle moniter and ban social media use.
An actual crime has not been committed by Mr. Zakzaky.
Receiving foreign aid or hoping for a revolution are not criminal offences.

The love started rough at first because she didn't want too give in at first, But with patiency and transparency she fell, Not that I am not rich but I know I don't have what she has and that's not my problem at all and that don't even bother me at all, Now the question is this , How can I control someone wealthy than I am without me getting her mad or making her feel I am doing too know,, You know the way a lady with money think is different from the way an average girl think.
Please Keep your comment if you have not experienced this type of relationship before, I need matured and experienced men here pls.
You can't.

No human, male or female wants to submit to another unless they are under pressure from monetary,
social or religious influence.

Forget what you read or hear about submissive wives, it is mostly pretense.

In this case, the lady does not need you. Instead of wasting your time, ask her
if she will like to be controlled and subjected to your rule. Then use her answer to decide to stay or leave.

Again, maybe it will be better to ask yourself why it is important to control another fully grown adult.

By the way, why is it that people always start mentioning Igbos whenever they want to give teeth to their agitations. Just a few weeks ago when the Afenifere leader's daughter was murdered by Fulani herdsmen, Yorubas started mentioning the Igbos and Biafra.

Now that Buhari seems to be feeling threatened by the Shiites, the Shiites are seeking solace by speaking Igbo in their rally as though Igbos are muslims.

Is there something comforting in identifying with the Igbos in times of great need of a psychological iroko?

I don't agree. Yes he won the election. Yes he was widely supported by Nigerians both in the north and south.

However, all these are not enough for us to say he would have been a great leader.

The problem is Nigerians have really short memory. This is a man that stole funds that would have helped the common man. Used the money to enrich himself. Came back spraying the money around because he had political agenda and the same common man who was robbed in the first place said he was generous. To me that is far from being generous.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, we do not know if Abiola would have made a good leader. I for one would agree with Fela when it comes to Abiola because he wasn't wrong about Obasanjo who came back as a civilian president and was still a thief.

I see trouble brewing.

The Shiites as Buhari suggests are a threat to the country but how really big a threat?

One just has to take a look at Lebanon to understand the threat they pose

Some have argued that because the El Zaki who what ever they call his name has a personal security outfit means they pose a threat.

In Lebanon, the Shiites have hezbollah (The Party of God). Though it has a well armed militant wing, it has never been a threat to the country.

A lady called hezbollah, "A state within a non-state"- in reference to their legendary discipline that they have. Despite the Shiites accounting for 27% of the country's population, they've neither proven to be a threat or destabilizing force.

An exaggeration of a threat is more often worse than the threat itself.
Hezbollah which is being controlled by Iran is tolerated because of anti-Israeli sentiments.
Remove Israel from the picture and most Lebanese will actively seek the
disbandment or destruction of Hezbollah.
