Superjazz:So you don't know the difference between illiterate and literate. See illiterate that is trying to call someone (that's achieved heights he's dreaming of) an illiterate.Nigerians and many african countries place premium hype on college degrees than Skills that's why we see lot of graduates that can't speak correct English and they want to speak the English by force just to show they are graduates. later you see them crying unemployment when First Class graduates are yet to get even 40k salary job |
local Government executives that have been turned to nothing PDP can win now and after one week he will sack all of them. Nigerian laws are only for the masses not for the ruling class to keep |
Oldpikin:must you have friends and mingle with people? I have a normal stature, height and body is normal but I don't make friends, I'm mostly on my own and relate with my family members cos I do regret each time I make friend. so stay in your lane if you can't take insult from your younger ones or learn how to cope with those who appear physically as your mates. What you need is a matured Sense not weed or beard cos that's what will make you mingle and blend with friends who are bigger than you. shalom it's Xpol |
Artiiclebeast:It's a known fact that Nigerians are more dangerous than other nationalities, we don't love ourselves, we envy ourselves, we see nothing wrong in our internal tribalism, we don't trust ourselves, If a Yoruba man reads an headline in the news that a Nigerian robbed a bank before he clicks to read it in his mind he will be like oh lord let it be an igbo man oh, same thing happens to an Hausa or Igbo man but when other nations treat us same way we'll be shouting. But what I'm saying in particular is that what you see in Ghana and South Africa is not because of crimes it's majorly because of envy and they can't compete with Nigerians so they see them as a threat. Everyday there's robberies in Ghana or South Africa but once it's there nationals nothing wrong but if a Nigerian is among a 10 members robbery gang then problems have started. Nigerians also need to change their ways and be good Ambassadors abroad. |
saying all these are happening because Nigerians are this and that are just unnecessary excuses. You're doing your legit business and progressing and they'll say you people are coming here to take all opportunities meant for us, you date their girl they will say you people are taking our women. A Nigerian will buy something #5 and sell it #6 but they will buy theirs same price and be calling it #30 by the time the Nigerian sell 1000pieces of his they'll still be struggling to sell 2pieces. At the end of the day they'll still be blaming the Nigerian for their woes. Don't let anyone deceive you that all these hatred are happening because of crimes but Envy and inability to compete with Nigerians. Speaking from personal experience. |
seunlayi:Though the judgement may not stand but being the chairman of the tribunal doesn't matter what matters is the decision of Simple majority |
ORIENTATION101:this really make sense isn't possible another election holds without ANDP and once it can replace the deputy with a qualified person it also means APC can also replace it's deputy. Only thing that can prevent these from happening is if Supreme Court upturn the judgement. The court ordered a fresh election meaning the last election is null and void. Though in my own layman knowledge I'm not a lawyer I'm a musician ... XPOL |
Blue3k:Not even passport matter, the fact is that border is officially closed bcoz of covid19 until it's opened any entry is illegal |
kabukabu50:so what section of the criminal code you'll use to back your claim up in the court, how can you prove and win a case in the court of law when an offence has not been committed or you'll quote it from your high institution handout? what you don't know is an action may constitute an offense in the UK but in Nigeria it won't be an offense I'm not a graduate as you've said but I'm learned in this aspect of law we're talking about, until any future amendment a man can't sue a woman for rape and a wife can't sue her husband for rape and win unless the judge is just moved by emotion case closed |
Yes Muna, She can. It is called Marital Rape! Marital rape is also known as spousal rape, It is a non-consensual sex in which the perpetrator is the victim's spouse. It is a form of partner rape, of domestic violence, and of sexual abuse. There you have it above ma. Lawyers in the house can shed more light on this from Nigeria law perspective. Thanks. Modify: Some annoying and foolish comments you read on this forum sometimes, make you want to slap some people through the phone. So because a man paid a woman's bride price gives him the right to rape her anytime he wants? Na so una sisters husbands dey rape dem? Foolish rapists everywhere, Na so dem dey start! We hit dem with the truths always, no wonder they always go mad. Nuisances.
Stop displaying your ignorance in the public nothing like spousal or marital rape in Nigeria law get a copy of Nigerian criminal code and learn and stop claiming to be master on what you have no knowledge on |
gbami:even with camera in the current Nigerian law unless amended in the future husband is not criminally responsible for raping his wife. there's nothing like husband rapes his wife. He can only be charged for assault in case of domestic violence. I don't know where that barbecue man dey get him marital/spousal rape from he dey talk like say he knows pass everyone he should get a copy of criminal code and learn |
I love this my for his honesty that he knew he couldn't have beat Tyson if it's his prime time. I watched the fight on YouTube last year I really pity Tyson Xpol |
truthsayer009:haba you bad gan |
yocreo:It has happened it has happened my younger brother once did the same thing though the money was not upto yours but he told my mum everything everyone of us talked to him anyhow we like and the matter died but he never go back to the act again he's still the trusted guy we used to know till today I'm not afraid to keep millions with it till now. The more you try to recover the money without telling her the deeper you enter fire. Don't harm yourself it's not over you can still make her proud tomorrow if you turn a new leaf and never try to get rich quick.STOP IMAGINARY MILLIONAIRE PLAN. |
Incredible128:That's how they are if you have no clue about something give way to those that do but they will rather attack as if you hurt them before |
Possiblegee:people like you are passing through a lot of difficulties and looking for anybody to release your anger on. You should have read it in my post that the company has no link to slot owner. did I traveled to China to know that? I pray God will visit you |
I've been seeing this for sometimes and even read an interview from the owner of slot that he owns these phones but when you check online Transsion is the parent company of Tecno, Infinix and Itel and it's described as a Chinese company with no any link to any Nigerian. If you know more about this you can enlighten me and others who are interested cos the last time I argued about it in one of these Africans countries people just laughed at me and I didn't have any proof to back it up then I got to know about Transsion which is the company responsible for the production. Please this post is just for clarification and not meant for attacking any tribe so it shouldn't be turned into a tribal war. thanks. |
Mogajunior:not by hard work ohhh contrary to many people's beliefs. Without God's intervention your hard work is nothing #grace. it's Xpol again |

politics is a dirty game but in my own opinion oshiomole no too sabi politics if na me I go wait till PDP finish with their primary election and chose their own candidate before doing my own screening and disqualify obaseki he wouldn't have any option than to give up or run on a neutral party. Now the battle is hot and anybody can win. I'm not in support of anyone side but I just pity those people that will lose their life in the election and I'm very sure none of oshiomole, iyamu, or obaseki children will even see the ballot box that day na still mumu people wey no get brain go die for them. I hate Godfatherism but without it obaseki wouldn't become the Gov. if he wins the election I'm very sure he will definitely put him own person there to succeed him then he will also become a godfather so they are all the same. it's Xpol again. |
it's a win win for him, He collected millions for the show and paid 300k fine. But when I blow I'll avoid all thees court troubles cos I may like to run for a political post tomorrow I don't wanna be an ex convict. it's your boy Xpol |
All these leaders are just there to loot imagine with the billions of dollars they'll still construct oldsku railways and buy oldsku trains. The type of old railway that pass through agege that cost millions of naira. see dubai their railway hardly pass on land surface it's either underground or overhead and no driver or any operator inside its automatic.whenever the looters travel outside it's not to go and copy the innovation and do same in their country but pack our money and buy properties and save the rest in their bank. Remember no one takes a penny to heaven or hell... it's Xpol |
see as them dey talk as if them get shame tomorrow one if not all of them will still cross carpet when a big yam is available to eat at the other side Edo politics is an example. Xpol is here again |

Benbellamor:lol when since independent it has been looting looting and looting no improvement maybe we will need chinko hands to make it better lol |
if China takes over Nigeria I'm very sure things can't get worse it'll rather get better. my prayer is that they should also take over governance completely. change our constitution and make it an offense for any political party to field a Nigerian for election so from President to local government executives will be Chinese ppl then they'll make death penalty as punishment for corruption. then we'll Wait and see what Nigeria will become in 20yrs time |
NgeneUkwenu:you dey mind all these laundry wey call themselves leaders why didn't he say he has his own biological sons and daughters that will come out and fight for him. na another person pikin them dey send to journey of no return |
