Unlike bakery, you can lose your entire capital doing poultry business.

In poultry business, you are always at the mercy of buyers.

Unlike bakery, anyone can rear birds at his/her backyard, this make the demand for poultry products on decline side.

20 percent of your total net worth is unrealistic in Nigeria. An average good Tokunbo car will cost you nothing less than 1m, how many of us can boast of 10m naira in our saving accounts before we can think of buying a car.

Having a car is not a pride but neccessity. You cant function very well as an average human being without getting your own ride.

Infact to me, if you have upto 10m naira before you can think of buying one useless 500k/20,percent car, that mean you dont love yourself enough.

That’s when we get things wrong in Life as individuals. Listen: I have lived personally to realized there’s NO FORMULA TO LIFE. That thing you considered as a parameter for “classy” might be “shit” to other. What works for me might not go well with you. I have been in Lagos for years now and I leant lots lots of lesson both intrusively and extrusively. Here, some guys claim to have level just cos they ride cars while we still ride on Danfo. But believe me, we still got to some places where I command respect and value while those guys were bullshit (am not saying money is not good nor am I satisfied with bikes and commercial buses). But here’s my point. Live your life and forget what other see you as. I do my things my way and I honestly do not tolerate shit, been classy doesn’t come with any criteria. I know guys who stays in a very nice apartment at GRA Ikeja and yet they aren’t different from those random guys out there. This issue of been classic or not once sparked outrageously sometimes where I stay and guys were like : which kind clothe he dey wear, how expensive are his legs (shoes), does he use XMAS? And lots of shit. But a lady settled it all by clearing the atmosphere then. Been classy is a product of your psychological build up; she said. And that was exactly what I had in mind.

I can tell you there is actually something called CLASSY which has more or little do with money. Though you can get all the money in this world and yet being classless.

No. 1 criteria of Classy people is INTELLIGENT/WISDOM. Another criteria is CHARISMATIC, WEALTH as well as BEING IN POSITION OF AUTHORITY. To some extent, BEAUTY AND HANDSOMENESS can give you class in society.


1. INTELLIGENT/WISDOM. This group of people dont engage unnecessarily in what most stupid or classless people would rather mess themselves around with. This make many to respect and see them as role model.

2. CHARISMATIC. Some are just born this way, some learn to be one, No matter what this set of people do or say, you will always feel or admire their present. They are the product of grace.

3. BEING IN POSITION OF AUTHORITY. i dont need to say much about this, you dont expect people in position of social important to be like ordinary citizens.

4. BEAUTY AND HANDSOME; if you are intelligent and smart, this can actually elevate you the upper class in our society.

5. BEING MORALLY SOUNDED. This can also give you a good class in society.

6. WEALTH. Being very rich is a class on it own. no matter how stupid a rich man is, he can still dine and wine with elites and influential people in society.

FINALLY: In our attempt not to give a damn about wealthy people or classy someone, we become proud, bitter, jealous and eventually wants to be like them.

@op, i think you should be more smarter than this considering your age. The sole purpose of her action is to get to your head and probably become oga wife.

Dont ever try to date her, just keep observing her, especially her attitude towards others. If you eventually discover she is really what she is, just propose and marry her right away.

I will advise to use what you have now wisely by investing in something that will give you good return in future.

Gudmorning Nairalanders,l op we all had a great nite.av been a member of nairaland for some yrs now but a silent member.
Pls guys l need ur advice on dis issue,in my place of work(school)though am close to most of the staff,so last month dis guy(lawyer) he works with the proprietor of the school which is a barrister, they av an office in d school compound.So this where l need ur advise is dat the guy asked me out last Thursday, l accepted his proposal but the issue now is that the guy has been pestering me to meet his family members so they could know me,and l insisted that am not ready but my mom said l should go and see them,and from our chats,this guy is someone who is desperate to get married,and am not ready, am going for service dis yr,though my feelings for him isn't strong at all.

@op, if your intention is to sell your product to the cooperate world or enlighten people, you should simply sell by kilo. Infact, it will be very easy for you to do business in such way than one local measurement that may not be accurate most time.

It wont reduce your price, just place the said sack on scale, after knowing the amount of kilo in it, divide it by the price you want to sell.

It is as simply as that. We are educated, we should try as much as possible to modernize our market strategies rather than sticking with old method.
