Nothing like that, only the affected account will be restricted, and If he decide not to use it again, that money is gone forever. Banks don't have power to tamper with your details (including loan recovery) outside their system through bvn, only cbn have such power.

Also, bank will never reverse his money after restriction until they confirm from account holder the genuinty of his claim, because he can also lie about the false payment, so bank have to confirm from account holder before such money is reverse. In a situation whereby account holder could not be reach or present himself, the initiator have to write the bank through his lawyer, who must be ready to stand for him before they reverse his money.

Yesterday, I attempted to pay my mechanic the remaining balance of N128,000 for car repairs via my Opay app. I had previously paid him part of the amount. He provided the first four digits of his GTBank account, and an account appeared in my app after entering them. Shockingly, the recipient’s account shared the same first four digits, was also with GTBank, and both account holders have Yoruba Muslim names, an unlikely coincidence.

Upon checking my transaction receipt, I realized the account was one I had sent money to previously, which is why it appeared in my app. I immediately contacted Opay, but they stated they couldn’t initiate a recall because only the first four digits matched. They advised me to contact GTBank to obtain the recipient’s details or request a refund from the recipient. GTBank, however, refused to assist unless Opay contacts them, and Opay insists they cannot act due to the mismatch in account numbers. I’m at a loss on how to resolve this issue, as neither Opay nor GTBank is providing actionable assistance.

Is there a way to retrieve the recipient’s details using the transaction session ID or account number? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Non of the people quoting you actually knows about this issue. Court order is less than 10k to obtain, just take it to the person's bank and have his account restricted. If your money is still in that account, the bank will contact the person to confirm your claim and reverse it back to your Opay account.

If the person empty his account and decide not to use it again, your money is gone forever, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. His/her sin is only applicable to that account, it means he/she can use other banks freely.

If you are in Ibadan, go to those business centers around High Court, they will get you a genuine Court oder with 5k or less than 10k within 24 hours.

He might be telling you the truth, these people has to defect first to make Governor feel at home before his eminent defection. It is called civil case in the court of law, the judge would rather ask them to go home and settle it amicably or separate for awhile and return for divorce if they can't settle it.

A man or woman you jailed will possibly end his/her marriage with you. Couples are better off settle their differences withiout interfering of a third party. A stubborn woman that got a resounding multiple slaps in return for pouring hot food on her husband face will think twice before attempting the same next time. A man that got his face bathed with hot food will possibly watch his tongue next during an argument. Though going physical is absolutely out of it but there must be occasional fight in marriage for both side to reach a level of equilibrium.

No girl is hungry or broke, they are just being greedy and lack contentment. A rich girl can equally drain out your resource by incessant billings. One thing is to come from poor home, another thing is to be contented with what you have or little you are giving.

Some of these girls just want to live the kind of life they can't afford. I know this working class lady whose her man was giving enough money despite having her own, yet this girl would wasted it all on frivolities and keep demanding more until she lose several men to the same attitude. I know one back then who was a student, this girl can cook a soup worth of 5k and finish it the next day. The same soup her mate will cook with just 1k and manage it for days. She change men like clothes due to this over demanding attitudes. She is close to 40years now with no husband or children.

Peter Obi made a very fatal mistake by not building the labour party.Nobody can be president of Nigeria without a formidable party structure.

He should've silently consult smaller parties and promise them juicy positions in his government. No small party will see a person with a secured 6m+ votes and not align with his course.

His criticism of government should have been more objective and solution providing oriented.

Trust me, if he has done all this, the 25% votes needed up North would've naturally come his way. I can categorically tell you today that he has lost the good will he once enjoyed with intelligent obidents, including his inner cacus the day he team up with corrupt politicians in ADC. About 90% of Obidients now are igbos. That says, Obi may not even get upto 3m votes as against 6m+ he got in the last election.

Exactly. In trying to be smart, Wike and Tinubu have now boxed themselves into a corner. A Northerner clinching the PDP ticket automatically kills any agitation for power to remain in the South. On the other hand, a Southwesterner clinching the ticket means even less votes for Tinubu. Double jeopardy for the master strategist. APC and Wike proxies should tone down on the Southern agitation in order not to make this election a North-South supremacy battle because Tinubu will lose handsomely if that be the case. The North has the advantage of numbers.

Who on earth will waste his money contesting for president under PDP? No sensible politicians will sponsor a candidate under the umbrella of PDP. They are APC team B, they will just give the ticket to one irrelevant Kwara, Bayelsa or Kogi man. Or better still a Yoruba whose nobody can exchange for Tinubu.

The first mistake you made was paying less than the amount requires to finish remaining work or ask him whether he has another money to join, since your money can't finish it.

Now that it has happened, if the money you paid can fix the necessary things, and he refuse to accept your advise, then you have every right to demand for full repayment. I won't advise you to pay any lawyer or police for now, just go there with your big brother, pastor or someone he doesn't know and let the person give him a specific time to complete the work or give you back your money.

Let me get straight to the point anyway.
I was house hunting around a popular city here in nigeria but it was unsuccessful... not that I couldn't fine any but it wasn't just my kinda spec...

I had given up already but at the last minute I was introduced to an uncompleted building (self con).. uncompleted building in the sense that it's never been tiled, no windows, no doors etc.... the landlord promised to fix everything up in three weeks time if I atleast commit a year and half rent...

I hurriedly paid, did the paperwork and all that (who no like virgin house) i said to myself. This been three months and the house is yet to be fixed...i mean nothing had been done. His usual excuse is "am gathering enough money to fix it to ur taste"... The agent that introduced me to the apartment advised me to deposit the remaining six months rent so he can finish it up...

Should I make the deposit?

Did you take your time to calculate how much the remaining work on the building would cost before you make payment? Has he started working on it or not doing anything at all?

If the money you paid can comfortably fix it, then the landlord should be blame but if not, both of you and the agent should be blame.

The best option here is to have a meeting with them and resolve the matter amicably because the chances you will get your money back is slim. If he has already started work, you can pay more and get it completed.

Obi/El rufai, with this ticket Tinubu doesn't even need to campaign again. He will get enough votes from the North and entire South (except south east).
