AMINDA:How old are you? How experienced are you in politics? You don't know more than people who has spent all their entire life in politics. They know more than an average political fan or analyst. |
jrobbins:Nothing like that, only the affected account will be restricted, and If he decide not to use it again, that money is gone forever. Banks don't have power to tamper with your details (including loan recovery) outside their system through bvn, only cbn have such power. Also, bank will never reverse his money after restriction until they confirm from account holder the genuinty of his claim, because he can also lie about the false payment, so bank have to confirm from account holder before such money is reverse. In a situation whereby account holder could not be reach or present himself, the initiator have to write the bank through his lawyer, who must be ready to stand for him before they reverse his money. |
Cutezt:Non of the people quoting you actually knows about this issue. Court order is less than 10k to obtain, just take it to the person's bank and have his account restricted. If your money is still in that account, the bank will contact the person to confirm your claim and reverse it back to your Opay account. If the person empty his account and decide not to use it again, your money is gone forever, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. His/her sin is only applicable to that account, it means he/she can use other banks freely. If you are in Ibadan, go to those business centers around High Court, they will get you a genuine Court oder with 5k or less than 10k within 24 hours. |
press9jatv:He might be telling you the truth, these people has to defect first to make Governor feel at home before his eminent defection. No governor defected to opposition party withiout due consultation with all political appointees and elected legislators within his domain. If he defect first or alone, these key players may not eventually follow him and work against him. |
Kobojunkie:But wisdom comes with age, so one can not rule out a change in behaviour of an once hot tempered person. As we age, we begin to realise that nothing really matter most in life than peace of mind. |
Jamsam:I agree with you on this, no one can predict what to expect in marriage, it is black market that could turn out to be good, fair or bad. It is well ma, age will gradually reduce the temper in him, and you shall be happy again. |
Ekaka14:Nothing special about them, it looks like that in your eyes because of quality of pitch and attendance. Falcons has beat or draw with some of them at world stage. |
Jamsam:You self, these are the things you should've watch out for before you say I do.. Anyway, you just have to manage him like that and always avoid anything that will provoke him. |
Kobojunkie:Have you ever sees or heard about any couple being fined or jailed for an assault that is not classified as murder or attempting murder? It is called civil case in the court of law, the judge would rather ask them to go home and settle it amicably or separate for awhile and return for divorce if they can't settle it. A man or woman you jailed will possibly end his/her marriage with you. Couples are better off settle their differences withiout interfering of a third party. A stubborn woman that got a resounding multiple slaps in return for pouring hot food on her husband face will think twice before attempting the same next time. A man that got his face bathed with hot food will possibly watch his tongue next during an argument. Though going physical is absolutely out of it but there must be occasional fight in marriage for both side to reach a level of equilibrium. |
Jamsam:Exactly, women should learn to be peaceful during an argument. |
Kobojunkie:By your submission, he can retaliate in the same measure or proportion right? E.g, he can equally pour hot food on her face instead of a repsounding slap? And if you say he should rather report him, what punishment do you think that woman deserve, considering they are still legal married? Besides, encounters, quarrelling and arguments are inevitable in every healthy relationship or marriage, telling someone to avoid it is a recipe for breeding un-reconciliation difference that may later erupt in such marriage. |
Kobojunkie:Regardless of what she do or say? Is pouring hot food on his face not an assault? Should he wait till she pour acid on his face before he defend himself? What righ is a woman have over a man that she must do whatever she like to him withiout being cautioned? What happens to gender equality? |
Kobojunkie:Some women are brutal and sometime behave like devil, if such woman married an hot tempered man, the beating can happened. If it happened that a woman poured hot rice with stew on her husband face during an argument, and the man beat her, would her brothers still defend her in such situation? |
motionarena:No girl is hungry or broke, they are just being greedy and lack contentment. A rich girl can equally drain out your resource by incessant billings. One thing is to come from poor home, another thing is to be contented with what you have or little you are giving. Some of these girls just want to live the kind of life they can't afford. I know this working class lady whose her man was giving enough money despite having her own, yet this girl would wasted it all on frivolities and keep demanding more until she lose several men to the same attitude. I know one back then who was a student, this girl can cook a soup worth of 5k and finish it the next day. The same soup her mate will cook with just 1k and manage it for days. She change men like clothes due to this over demanding attitudes. She is close to 40years now with no husband or children. |
The man must have been beating his wife consistently for no solid reason, hence, her brothers retaliation. It is see finish on the side of the man, because no in-law will come to your house to beat you like a child if they don't see you as nothing through your wife action or inaction. At this point, separation is the best for this couple. |
adioolayi:Ohh, sorry that i didn't take time to read your post properly, we are practically saying the same thing. |
adioolayi:Lolz, you knows absolutely nothing about politics. Will you not mobilize as many people as possible in support of a politician that bought Okada or keke Napep for you and still promise more? Will you not mobilizer for me politician who pay your children school fees and still promise more. This is the structure a smart politician relies on and not directly with electorates. Your governors, senators, Rep, local govt chairmen, down to wards cancellors has many people benefiting from them, and these people will do whatever in their capacity to convince those under them to vote for who their benefactor supported. Forget what you read on social medias, in this part of the world, people decide whom to vote for by connection and not by accessing the candidates performances or manifestos. |
gerrardomendes:You can't give what you don't have (intelligence), and you keep wondering why white men will see us as apes. Wha do you call a set of people that will take the money meant for development of their home to spend all alone in strange land with their families and associates. |
Okoroawusa:I disagree sir, there were countless yorubas (especially in Lagos where Bishop Oyedepo championed a campaign against Muslim-Muslim ticket) and South southerners who are die hard Obidients. That explains how he got massive votes in Lagos and majority of South South States. If not for Wike abracadabra, he would've won Rivers with 1m+ votes. He lost them to his unthoughful attitude after election and hostile nature of Obidients Igbos. The final blow was his recent romance with chronic corrupt people that every sane/intelligent Nigerian sees as source of the country woes. |
Jorussia:Not only that but also fail to lead Obidients in proper manners. He is simply not smart enough to lead in a larger capacity. After the 2023 general election that gave him a hooping 6M+ votes, a smart politician would've congratulate the winner, profusely thanks Obidients for supporting him and urge them to love one another and ensure they work hard to achieve their goal in next election. He should have immediately become a leader and spoke person for obidents group and Labour party. He should've silently consult smaller parties and promise them juicy positions in his government. No small party will see a person with a secured 6m+ votes and not align with his course. He should've increase his philanthropy mission in the core North withiout attracting medias or cameras at all. The video should only be use for campaigns in future. His criticism of government should have been more objective and solution providing oriented. Trust me, if he has done all this, the 25% votes needed up North would've naturally come his way. I can categorically tell you today that he has lost the good will he once enjoyed with intelligent obidents, including his inner cacus the day he team up with corrupt politicians in ADC. About 90% of Obidients now are igbos. That says, Obi may not even get upto 3m votes as against 6m+ he got in the last election. |
AMINDA:Who on earth will waste his money contesting for president under PDP? No sensible politicians will sponsor a candidate under the umbrella of PDP. They are APC team B, they will just give the ticket to one irrelevant Kwara, Bayelsa or Kogi man. Or better still a Yoruba whose nobody can exchange for Tinubu. |
Nigeria is a place where people with questionable source of wealth will later become motivational speakers on how to create wealth. |
LotannaWallace:The first mistake you made was paying less than the amount requires to finish remaining work or ask him whether he has another money to join, since your money can't finish it. Now that it has happened, if the money you paid can fix the necessary things, and he refuse to accept your advise, then you have every right to demand for full repayment. I won't advise you to pay any lawyer or police for now, just go there with your big brother, pastor or someone he doesn't know and let the person give him a specific time to complete the work or give you back your money. |
EponObi:Perhaps he was remembering her xxvideo he has seen before, so it is 100% possible to get uneasy around her. |
LotannaWallace:Did you take your time to calculate how much the remaining work on the building would cost before you make payment? Has he started working on it or not doing anything at all? If the money you paid can comfortably fix it, then the landlord should be blame but if not, both of you and the agent should be blame. The best option here is to have a meeting with them and resolve the matter amicably because the chances you will get your money back is slim. If he has already started work, you can pay more and get it completed. |
Bukola94:It should be much bigger than UCL now that the tournament would be helded every 4 years. The big clubs would be in pains now that they did not take the tournament serious from Inception. Wait for the next edition and see how clubs will do everything to qualify. |
ottersberger:You don't criticise when a government is doing something good, you do that on another thread or where he is doing badly. That is how politic should be playing. This is a vital path to a real development in South East. These old corrupt politicians in ADC particularly Atiku has absolutely nothing to offer Nigerians than the same old way of corruption and embezzlement. We may decided not to return Tinubu in 2027 if his policies doesn't yield a better result but certainly not with these set of people. |
Irony1:What is truth? What do you called the truth? And what are the people's opinions that was altered in my post? |
If you tell some people on Niaraland that we might have probably stucked with Tinubu till 2031, they will quickly tag you as his supporter. Every good political analyst know that the present political arrangement does not favour coalition at all. Atiku/Obi ticket, southerners and North Central will most likely align with Tinubu second term, not because they like him but because of Atiku a Fulani after 8 years of Buhari( another Fulani man). Obi/El rufai, with this ticket Tinubu doesn't even need to campaign again. He will get enough votes from the North and entire South (except south east). |
HenryWilliams:So the entire APC and all Northern elites who are very close to him will not know the real Buhari? Does it even make sense to you that someone somewhere will clones a president of the most populous blacks nation on earth for years without at least Southern politicians including Tinubu, etc knows. See, the person that just died is 100% Buhari, though it may be true that Aishat divorce him after they left Aso rock, which is very normal considering the fact that she is still a young woman and don't want to cheat on him. |
