It is the same system being used by western countries. People will own properties but you won't be able to do so withiout passing through a specific rule or authority. For example, people must be made to buy houses or summit a proposal to authority before they would be allow to start constructions. This will enable the government to question people source of fund by looking into their profiles, incomes and where they work or business they are doing to earn. With the system, you don't have to break bank to acquire a house as mortgage system would be more effective.

Majority of stolen public fund are spending on accumulation of properties.

Also, if I know that government will take good care of all my needs at old age, why would I be stressing myself stealing to accumulate properties as security for old age.

If government can give me free education and other basic needs from age 0- 18, and when I retired from active service, why would I refuse to support the same system by paying all required taxes.

If I know that government will pay me, even if I am unable to secure a job, why would I stress myself to steal, or become a thug for politicians.

Those are the secrete of western countries that developing ones are yet to emulate.

1. Forbid private ownership of properties. No one should be allow to erect a structure except government or authorised agencies. All land should belong to the government.

2. Government most take total or 100% care of the young below 18yrs and those above 65yrs.

3. Social security for unemployed people should be a must for the government.

If we can do all or one of the above, you will see a tremendous human development like what we are seeing in western countries. You don't expect poverty striken people whose major focus is to accumulate wealth for the future to be innovative.

If I were Obi with die hard millions fans, I would not have joined any coalition involving Atiku Abubakar. I would've seal a deal with NNPP of Kwankwaso and other smaller parties to gain more votes from the North. Alternatively, I will register a new party and bring close all those aggrieved Northern politicians with a strong political promise.

1. He must have already agreed to be Atiku vice before joining the coalition.

2. They lure him with the promise of supporting him during the coalition primary election. Once he fail to secure the ticket, they will persuade him to be vice as it would've been too late for him to decamp again.

One thing is certain, Obi must have been told something before he agree to join them.

This is the first person in the opposition that has given a very important insight to reality check the ADC must do.

If by now, they still have individual ego to massage and not that they have actually identified the Presidential candidate acceptable by ALL of them...playing politics within ADC at this early stage will be suicidal.

The agreement must have been sealed before they come together. All of them will go for primary election, Atiku will win and pick Obi as vice.

From my personal analysis and forecast, election outcome will be very close but the incumbent will emerge victorious.

Incumbent has upper hands and unchallenge privilege of getting large votes plus rigging in Lagos, Delta, cross river, akwaIbom, Rivers, entire South west, and North Central. Once they were able to get millions votes in Lagos, Rivers, and Kano, it is game over for opposition.

Infact, I really wish that baba manage Nigeria economy the way he has been managing affair of APC. No one can remove any old politician who know how to use power like Tinubu, Atiku, Kwankwaso, David Mark, Lamido, etc when they have almighty federal power within their reach. These gang of opposition know this, they are just playing around to be relevant.

I was shocked when I read about APC having 23 governors out of 36, not to talk of Rivers, Bayelsa, Oyo and Osun that could still go for APC. We are really suffering in this country, and there no viable opposition to challenge this current administration.
