AroleOduduwa2:What if another type of Wike emerge in his newly formed ADC, would he abandoned the party just as he did to PDP. Elder like Atiktu by now ought to have known how to manage the affairs of a party he and others laboured so much to form around 1998. He is just someone that believes so much in his money and influence, the kind of person that rarely listen to advise. |
So, these people never learn from Neymar contract that still could not guarantee Champions league trophy for them. Perhaps they made good returns from Jersey sales and endorsements. |
Sirchiboy:I could see you are still a teenager boy who know next to nothing about real life situation. When you start having your own children, you will understand better. |
Lithiumite:Obi is just finding a way to keep Obidients intact should he eventually settle for VP. He is not daft, all of them must have reached agreement before joining the coalition. The repeat of 2019 ticket Atiku/Obi is their ultimate focus. |
See the kind of people that want to liberate the country. I don't blame them though, I blame the people who are listening to their dubious narratives. |
Cabals are the ones rulling Cameroon and not this 92 years old Biya. They feed fat and do whatever they want, reason they don't want him to step down. There is no power or influence a 92 years old man has if not that some able bodies men are benefiting immensely from his government. |
EyeCumInPeace:So shameful I must say, maybe there are some equipments that requires core experts to operate that some of these advance countries will never allow to be export to developing countries in order to make more money from medical tourism. Because I don't see how a rational human who has access to national treasury cannot build a world class hospital to at least treat himself and other elites. |
Your father actually wanted you to take over that business later in life, reason he brings you close in the first place. Your lack of foresight, wastefulness or lack of will to successfully manage a simple task being giving to you might be the reason he brought another son he must have tested to be better than you in terms of business management. It is better you continue with him and turn a new leaf or beg him to establish you in a business you can do successfully. |
Softmirror:Buhari would've picked him, Osinbajo, or Lawal as his anointed candidate but Tinubu and Akande were just too strong at party level to allow that to happen. Besides, Buhari was not really interested in what is going on in APC like Tinubu of today. He cares only about his ambition and nothing else. |
Merry100:I understand your point, but trust me, it might not easy for a poor married man to keep saving in order to get gift for his wife on her birthday? You can never understand, until you find yourself in his shoes. He has done the right thing by praising her for the whole world to see, and I think she should be more than grateful for that. Someone who can do that for his wife could've bought a good gift for her if he can afford it. I also acknowledge the fact that taking care of home and kids is not an easy job, women are really trying in that aspect, and they should be commended for that by their husbands. |
Merry100:Lolz, what if he has no money to buy gift for her at that moment? Her husband is a good man for posting her birthday on WhatsApp and Facebook, some men don't even remember their wives birthdays. Besides, it is her home too, and there is nothing wrong if he carries all the burdens too like we men do for ages withiout expectation of being praise. |
AllBlack:You talk as if you own or invented Internet or satellite. You think anything you do on Internet, including BVN, NIN and the others you did with your traditional banks cannot be trace or retrieved by hosting companies or dark webs? Dey play! |
Kastonkastroll:And they expect foreigners to respect us. Are they not right if they call us animals? Indees, only an animal or mentality deranged persons will steal all the money meant for development of his home but take it to another man's land to enjoy. |
VeeVeeMyLuv:Absolutely no, we are not built to create enable societies in this part of the world. Opay is the best thing that would ever happened to Nigerians in terms of banking. Those who are still afraid to bank with them are either old school or people that lack exposure. They are also insured by central bank, just like traditional banks. There are people keeping upto 50m naira in their accounts with Opay. If you think Traditional bank are more safer, it miss you never had an encounter with them. Just yesterday, I saw a lady in the bank fighting over her mum 945k mysteriously disappeared in her account. Something we had never hear from Opay. About 2 years ago, some people tell me that if I open a business account with FCMB and run it for a little while, I will stand a big change to obtain a good big loan from them. That was how I approached their branch o, I submitted all my documents including two references, passport photos and 15,000 as opening deposit. Could you believe till this moment that i am typing They never open the account. I went there more than 10 times, all they do is to promise me they will work on it. No feedback, nothing nothing, and it 2 years now. Nigeria banks need to up their game, otherwise everyone will port completely to fintech banks by 2040. |
This remind me of those days of corn eaters, Akara fryers and Ponmon cutters. Bunch of hypocrites thieves. |
Racoon:Na inferiority complex dey worry you, there are many schools with better infrastructures in Nigeria. Go out of your location and see things around. |
Yorubastardz:This what I have been saying, just 5 million naira is enough to build 2 rooms selfcointain. Give this mini flat to people to be pay back in 20 years at the rate of 250k per year. Those who have money can outrightly pay off or pay more per years. If a governor can allocate 60 billions naira to renovate government House, imagine what 100 billions invested in min flats would have done in 4 years. 100b will give appropriate 20,000 Houses, and in 4 or 8 years of governor tenor, he would've constructed 80,000 or 160,000 units. Nigeria are not rule by humans but useless demons. |
Ozzyk:Congratulations that you know who she really is, no need to ask her anything, just don't tell her your deepest secrets henceforth. |
At this point, only Liverpool can genuinely compete with this beast of PSG team. |
mufutau55:As the head of your family, you should have safe them from all those fight by selling off the properties and share it among them. In situation like OP and yours, the best bet is to sell off the other properties and leave only small family house. |
The proposal of this policy must be mad, except he is only talking about registered businesses. Banks have no right to report private transactions to anyone, except the purpose is to curb corruption and not for taxation. |
Fix your home, they will not. They will rather steal all the money meant for development of their home to go and spend it with their families and associates in far away foreign lands. A country where few people steal away trillion of Naira annually can never progress. Until we remove reason to steal by removing right to private property from individuals and channels its acquisition through constituted authorities, we may never progress in Nigeria. |
Richie0001:I think those shark loans are not design for people that will pay back or businesses. How can you be charging people almost 30% interest on a loan per week or month. That is criminality of the highest order. If they behave like normal financial institutions that base percentage of their loans per annum and interest rates on reducing balance, many people will be glad to pay back. |
Why blaming them instead of those that brought the bread and tea for them? Or did they brought it from their homes and starts eating it at the funeral? |
Analyscam50:Una go wait tire, no be only bull run, na long jump ni. Make una no allow big players to dey SHORT AND LONG in peace. |
omoredia:What will you say about your boss who refused to pay your salary for 105 months but later pay you 3 months salary towards his last days in the business? It is OK to support a particular candidate but everything is wrong if you have to call a darkness a light because of your blind followership. You people deserve the kind of leaders you have. |
That is why I keep telling people on my Natural cure for premature ejaculation thread, that any herbal mixture that gives you instant result has been compromised 100%. Take combination of ginger garlic, onions, lemon and honey to flush out your system and see how natural you will become during sex. |
kachistone:Is like you dont really understand my point or take time to read my subsequent posts after the first. Government or private companies control by the government build houses and sell/let it out to you. You can't just buy land and erect structure, you buy houses of your choice or rent it from authorised companies or government. This system enables government to track people records and question them if they intend to buy what they cannot ordinarily afford. For instance, you can't be a civil servant on 200k salary and say you want to buy 50m house with cash. If you understand or know that you can't just spend withiout being question, you will think twice before you embezzled public fund. Nigeria is blessed with natural resources with alot of trillions naira being stolen by both present and former leaders and politicians. The like of Emefiele and others wouldn't have owned over 200 houses with illicit fund if this system is in place. Political office holders, civil servants, professionals, and every single soul steal public fund in Nigeria to acquire properties. Lastly, don't mention any system of government again. This is what has been keeping Africans in bondage for ages. I studies Political science myself, and I can boldly tell you that no advance countries operate pure democracy or capitalism as they made us to believe. If the so called advance countries can do this, I wonder why/how African leaders are so dumb to swallow the bait of Democracy or capitalism as they wrote it in the text book. Advance counties use this same system to curb humans excess and greed, but advise us to stick with 19th century postulating democratic ideas that led to many revolutions. Africa is doom, until they find a way to curb human excess and greed through this system. |
kachistone:Government don't own properties, you only acquire them through through government. Check my subsequent post in this thread for explanation. The same system western countries all of us are running to is operating. |
grandstar:I didn't mean cumminsm where state are ownership of the properties. Check my subsequent posts for more explanation. Nigeria doesn't have money to take care of old people but have trillions embezzled by politicians annually? You talked about China, what about hundreds of countries in Europe and North America that are doing it? Do China more economically, socially and resourceful better than them? This is a typical Nogeria mentality, we are quick to refer to particular society, while we neglected what good societies are doing. |
ZeemsPropeties:It is the same system operating in western countries. We are only operating Democracy and capitalism sold to us in a selfish wrongful manners. |
