As bad as you think Nigeria is, we are still one of the best countries in Africa. Go to those Africa countries and see a real definition of poverty and underdevelopment. Nigeria is too large with over 200m people, reason you think those tiny Africa countries that only developed their capital cities are better.

Nigerians and black race in general are not different from one another, and until there is collective changes of perspectives among its leaders, we shall continue to be at the bottom ranked in developmental index.

Any country that her citizens are still worrying about basic necessity of life like food has no business to be called a good country.

Until Africa focus on development of physiological needs of an average black man, we will remain stagnant till the rest of time. Build cities and villages where homes will be so affordable, food should be the least thing an average man should worry about, invest heavily on electricity to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

You can't achieve a meaningful humans and economic development withiout these.

Is like you don't understand the basic of this argument, majority of broke people are disciplined too, just that they don't have enough that will cater for their basic needs and still have little left for investment that will result to wealth creation.

It would've been better if we say broke people might not have planned their lives well at some points, lazy or lacks will to succeed, hence the reason they are not successful. But realistically, there should never be a comparism between a wealthy man and poverty striking man in terms of wealth creation, investment opportunity and risk management. The first instinct of every human is survival, until poor people pass this stage, there is no way they can build a sustainable wealth for the future.

I will say it again, it takes a special kind of grace or opportunity for a poor man who is struggling to survive to build a sustainable wealth.

Opportunity is everything. But the opportunity won’t come when the mindset still hinges on poverty. You know it’s a different set of rules for that kid born into a poor home. if that kid doesn’t change his mind about how money operates, he might remain stucked.

There is nothing like poverty mindset because poverty precedence "poverty mindset" as a result of limitations. When you are comfortable withiout necessarily have to worry about basic needs, that is when you realise how confidence you are in taking a bold step towards success. Poverty create fear and limitations, you don't expect someone in abject poverty to willingly risk his/her last 100k on a mission is not 100% guarantee of making a return. Whereas someone with a backup fund to take care of his/her basic needs aside the said 100k will more likely take the same risk the first man was afraid to take. If the second man eventually succeed, you will blame the first man for not taking the risk withiout taking into consideration how the second man wouldn't have done so too if not for his/her backup fund.

Some years back, there was this baba carpenter in my area we all thought is brainless and can't think of how to succeed in life(because of the way he rejoice with undervalued job he is doing for people). One day, a man that just arrive from the UK called this man for simple work in his compound, he pity the man's condition and eventually gave him some money. That was what changed the man life for good till today. Baba went straight to the Bush and started buying timbers and slice them into plank. Glory be to God, he is the owner of 3 good big engines at sawmills today. He has built 2 houses, and all his children are well educated. Withiout this timely intervention from UK man, this man might have remain in poverty till the rest of his life. No motivational speaker will tell you how or where he/she see money to start their businesses, all they will tell you is to start with #100 and become a billionaire. Some will even sey they start with nothing , lolz.

With my years of experience on earth, the only set of people I blame for their condition are those that has money but don't know how to manage it, and those that lacks 'will' to success in life( e.g, lazy people or unserious people). You have no business condemning people who are struggling to meet up with their basic needs.

Motivational speakers are mostly opportunists, you have to be more experienced and wise to realise how unrealistic some of their points are.

There is this bitter truth we all fail to tell the people in our journey to wealth creation, you cant be living from hands to mouth and be able to build wealth. You can't barely feed yourself or can't afford basic necessity of life and be able to build wealth. Another lies wealthy people tell is the same thing I am reading here, your mindset automatically change the moment you grown above poverty line. And when it come to investment and risk management, the capital and your backup determine the confidence you had in your endeavour. If you like, think like Elon Musk, if you can't grow above poverty line to be able to take risk with your capital, you can never build a real wealth.

Opportunity must come at one point or the other, it now left for you to use the Opportunity to your advantage. Yes it is possible to build wealth from nothing but what many wealthy people hide or fail to tell you is the rare opportunity they encounter through their journey.

Judging by your monthly income, you can try to invest $1k and trade only bitcoin to save yourself from this present nonsense manipulated market.

Bitcoin move by at least $2k daily, all you need to do is to buy between 12:30am to 9am Nigeria time or opposite time if it doesn't down between the time I mentioned. Let assume you buy at $110k, and you close it at $112k, your profit on your $1k would be $2000÷110 = 18.1 × 1480 = 26,700.

This can feed and fuel your car daily if you are a single guy. Besides, there are days bitcoin move by 3k or more. This might not be easy or straightforward as I calculated it but you will surely get that profit margin if you play it as I said.

I don't know if anyone of you can relate to this. But to be truthful, I can't continue taking up these multiple responsibilities anymore.

I'm the oldest of four younger siblings, and we just have one Male among us, who is the Last born. I'm training him in sch, a tertiary institution. The other two girls are already done with their school and are presently learning some skills.
None is contributing anything. I work from Mondays to Sundays without Rest. From house rent to feeding, to medics, transport, sch fees, light bills and others, I do all of them. I make sure I work to earn every penny I make. It is so bad that I don't have any savings. My clothes are worn out cos I can't afford new ones. Also, I can't afford my soap and cream any longer because there are more pressing issues to fix.
The burden has become so much, coupled with stress from work. Sometimes I overthink things and breakdown.
My mum isn't working due to her sight. She's completely Without sight. I had to hire someone to be taking care of her as we all go out for our daily activities.
I'm thinking of asking my younger brother to drop out for now so that the burden can reduce for now, but I don't know how to tell him because I don't know how he would feel. He's already in 200L.. It will break him I know, but I'm trying to cut cost at least for a year first, before he can return back to sch. If this happens, I fear he may take his life, due to the passion he has for sch. He's a very bright student. The most academically sound person in my family.

A lot of pressure is on me. I don't want to do what other girls are doing. I don't want to start sleeping with men for money because I need to protect my dignity as a woman until I'm married. I've turned down a lot of suitors already because I don't want to drag them into my family's struggles and later they start insulting me for being a burden to them. I refused to marry for now because of this.
Life isn't easy and hasn't being easy since the loss of our dad 10years ago.

In whatever you do, don't let it prevent you from getting marry to a good man whenever you are ready. I have seen a situation like that where this sister remains single at the age of 40, when all her siblings she used her prime age to suffer for has all gotten married with kids. Spend on yourself too, look good and get marry in your prime year. If you marry a good man, and you dont become lazy, it won't prevent you from helping them with what you can.

Any military coup at this junction will only arose in people the will for self determination. This is not pre 1990 where military will just come and do anyhow. The only reason why Nigeria is still together is because of its political elites who are still benefiting from the rot. YES - the governor that is adore by his people can definitely convince them to follow his direction. Besides, it is very easy to rig a state with the consent of governor than withiout his consent.

NO - if the political alignment and beliefs of the people of their state is completely not in direction of their new party. Event at that, a governor will still be able to convince large numbers of people around him.

Oppositions should try as much as possible to stop their governors from decampong to rulling party because they are the financial backbone of every viable political party.
