atobs4real: I trust Dowen owners. Not surprised of the judgement If truly that was the case, all I will say is there is man's judgment, then there is a higher judgment that no amount of money or influence will be able to subvert. Edit: I know the extent some of these schools will go to protect their "reputation". Reminds me of how Chrisland appointed a SAN to defend the teacher who sexually abused a 2 year old child. Her parents took the case to the Office of the Public Defender and thankfully got justice. |

thesicilian: You know that saying that you should never poop where you eat? This is the reason. At what point did you come to realise that sleeping with your staff is bad? Is it before or after sleeping with her?
Obviously she liked you and wanted something more, but your plan was to hit and run. You treated her bad and now you're surprised that she's disrespecting you.
What I'll suggest you do is to take her out again and apologize to her, because you've wronged her. If both of you are single and want to continue the relationship discreetly, its ok. But it must not be allowed to affect the job. Both of you should spell out the terms of the relationship. If it's something that cannot work for one reason or the other, then you should also be able to break it off in a civilised manner. If that is not possible one of you will have to leave the establishment.
Personally I'll prefer you leave (both as a matter of honour and as punishment for sleeping with someone under your care and supervision) instead of trying to force her out Unfortunately, he is a married man and he only told the girl AFTERWARDS. He hasn't conducted himself as someone deserving of respect so he shouldn't be surprised at the disrespect he is receiving. |

Ever since his outbursts during the last elections, I concluded that he seems to be someone easily controlled by his emotions. A Christian needs to put their flesh under control, and not vice versa.
The lady deserves an apology, this his action is NOT Christlike and no one should try to defend this. |

He can be termed British the moment he has his citizenship which is possible once you've lived there x number of years. In any case, he was born in London and grew up in the UK, so he is BRITISH. I like that beautiful suggestions about training and retraining of our technical teachers. I hope education ministry take this up:
“Why won’t this ministry train and retraining technical teachers or have a specific target on this issue. That shows that you still want us to remain on the second generation on technology level but claimed that we next to develop nations. Please, dont let technical teachers be giving our children 1970 or 80s definition of new technology in 2024. Have a monthly program for them." https://dailytrust.com/nigerians-report-ministers-to-tinubu-hours-after-launch-of-fgs-feedback-portal/#google_vignette These are the kinds of CONSTRUCTIVE feedback that would be most helpful. Nigerians shouldn't use the app as an avenue for abuses and insults (which solve nothing). Be solution focused like this person above. |

grandstar: China, Taiwan and South Korea are some examples. Taiwan is certainly not a country with a high level of corruption. Same with South Korea. China has death penalty for corruption offenders, they certainly are not in the league of Nigeria when we talk about "high" levels of corruption. https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2023A new record! Taiwan Jumps in Global 2021 Rankings on Least Corrupt Countries: Transparency International published the 2021 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), in which 180 countries and regions around the world (including Taiwan) were listed in its rankings on perceived corruption. Taiwan moved up three notches to 25th, indicating an improvement of 3 places from 28th in 2020. |

grandstar: Corruption isn't the only problem. Economies can still grow fast despite high levels of corruption.
Poor management snd bad policies actually play a far greater than corruption in ruining economies.
The petrol subsidies was killing the economy. The government was borrowing money to pay the subsidy over the years. By the time Buhari was leaving, office, over 90% of the government revenue was used to service debt. Where's the money for any subsidy? Examples please. I'm really curious to see the country that has HIGH levels of corruption and is still growing fast. |

Laple0541: Yeah young man, it was me and that was a statement of fact. After a president is duly elected, why should some people out of hatred claim they won’t display his portrait? Moreover, you seem not to get the point. Does my moniker incite any issue? That’s the point. That's not enough reason to denigrate an entire tribe which definitely includes people who support the president. All forms of tribalism and ethnic slurs should not be encouraged, let there be peace. |
