If you are the one with 'pass' don't despair, start your own business, be your own boss. There are lots of things yet to be discovered. Maybe you are the one we've been waiting for to discover them. With hard work and luck, you might end up paying salaries to them 1^st class graduates.

Jury system will not work in Nigeria because we are too religious. We would rather leave justice in "Gods hand" than send our neighbors to jail. Besides, a judge can turn down the juries verdict and impose his own judgment. In high profile case, a typical Juror can be tampered with not to mention his/her family members threatened by the defendant and/or even the prosecutor to get a case going their way.

Yes, the jury system is the best but you need a well defined, functional constitution for it to work.

You need to fix your MBR (Master boot record).

The option you choose depends on your preference but they all do same thing. But before you decide to mess with boot.ini, try this: Boot the system with windows CD, select the option to repair windows, type the password, type fixmbr. After that type fixboot. Restart the system and hopefully it will fix the problem without tinkering with boot.ini

By the way, you can re-install a new copy of windows XP on a partition without erasing the data or previously installed programs/software.

Both have their benefits and disadvantages -
Windows - Loads of viruses and main point not free
Linux - stable,free and few viruses (because virus writer are not interested in targetting it since 80% of pc in the world run windows anyway).

Advice - You can run which ever you want but be warned if looking for a job Windows dominate every office out there ;
Linux is for Geeks and Windows for the stupid .

Buy a new cmos battery.

Php is very easy to install and configure. All you need do is read the installation manual. Since you are using windows, its always good to install Apache (thats is, if your are using apache) server first. Make sure the php version settings is compactible with the version of apache you installed. If you still have problem, i can help you.

I believe this question has been asked and answered somewhere on this forum. Besides, the question is ambiguous. The problem with Nigeria is way too complex. To get a reasonable response, break the general question to something specific - how can you improve condition of graduates/youths, health care, education, availability of food, etc.

If you really want people to join, get rid of the 'required' registration to listen to music. People need to view your music collections and what you have to offer before making commitment.

Here's Wikipedia grid computing page. I've e-book on clusters, Beowulf in particular. Grid computing is complex (requires large network - internet for example) and i don't know how you are going to single handedly build/present that unless your main interest is just theory. But you can narrow it down to clustering (i prefer Beowulf clusters) and can actually build clusters to demonstrate your project. I can help or point to where you can get help on that.

If you want to be part of leading a nation, then you must be proud of all the resources of that nation (medical, education, Igbo made stuff and so on); hence it will also make sense to have your family utilize all  these resources.
And believe me folks, this is the only way special attention will be paid to these resources, which will also lead to enormous improvement.
This is a win win strategy and it should be implemented immediately.

Good idea but who will pass the law. I can see some people claiming that their sons/daughters are now their niece, nephew and/or cousins. Nigerians can do anything to beat the system.
