Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah, the wife of Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has announced that she would sponsor the three children whose mother committed suicide by running into a moving vehicle. The Enugu First Lady promised to sponsor their daily needs and education. She announced that the scholarship would be undertaken through her Custos Care Foundation when she paid an unscheduled visit to Ogui Police Station, Enugu, where the children were kept in custody. It was learnt that the woman, whose identity was yet to be known, who reportedly suffering from depression over the high cost of living. She left her children at the police station, stripped herself naked and ran into a moving vehicle, which crushed her to death.
