kikero: The problem with the war in the NE is that the enemy we are fighting is not fighting a normal war.
The Biafran war was a proper war. Everyone knew the rules of engangement so to speak. Everyone knew where the front was.
But Boko...they don't play by the normal rules. That's why this war is taking so long, and why blaming Ihejerika or Buratai misses the point.
You can't fight an enemy that invades a remote village, far from the normal war front, loots, pillages and burns, and kidnaps, and then runs off Ignorance, naivety plus incompetent analogy is your problem. Making excuses for the gross failure of the incompetent Nigerian Army shows your level of understanding. No serious country will waste 3yrs fighting the caliber of Boko haram terrorists on their home soil. There are effective means of destroying such groups. Boko haram cannot hold territories within Chad. Do you know why it is so? |

QuotaSystem: You can go and negotiate that with your Islamic Biafra Terrorist leader Alh. Mujahideen Asari Dokubo, your SS IPOB Leader.
My own is to wake you from the delusion that the SE can secede and survive without SS compliance and oil. Even Mazi Nnamdi Bolt isn't that dumb
Better face your masquerade and stop seeing Fulani giants in your dreams. Lol @ fulani giants. Some ragtag terrorists who cowardly attack villagers in the dead of the night cannot feared. They'll soon be fed their own flesh. As for Asari Dokubo, he's just being foolish. Soon he'll wake up to reality. Biafra is for Igbos and other like progressive tribes surrounding us. Our enemies can't tell us our boundary. Terrorist fulani your time is up. |

QuotaSystem: Okoro your watery epistle still did not explain how the 5 SE states (whose current combined generated revenue is less than only Kano and Kaduna) would be viable without the oil from the South South especially in the early stages, which was the question.
Your issues with Alhaji Asari Mujahideen Dokubo and his Islamic Biafra SS wing is the headache of you and Nnamdi Ben Johnson. Lol. We're not confined to the boundaries our enemy set for us. We know the extent of our lands and resources and no amount of the rubbish you and your likes repeat here will change the reality. So go on fasting and praying that the non-Igbo tribes of the SS will continue to reject Biafra. Mind you, the sword will continue to lay waste your region. It has always been like that and will remain so. How Igbos will survive in Biafra is non of your concern terrorist fulani. |
Politics › Re: Biafra: Asari Dokubo Blasts Nnamdi Kanu by Yujin(m): 7:13am On Jun 20, 2020 |
QuotaSystem: The entire viability of a possible Biafra is built on a compliant South South. Certainly not true aboki. We don't need the SS for our viability. Any foolish group from the SS who buys into your deception the second time will all perish from your own hands. Let the other tribes in SS agitate for their own country and we will support them too. Paying some tired and expired agitators from the region to derail the present momentum of young bloods will never work. The Nigeria during Asari's hayday and that today is not the same. Nigeria has degenerated to become even worse than countries facing open wars. Asari can't be a distraction to us. We are moving on and set on getting a country we can be proud of. In your Nigeria, only fulanis are rightfully proud to identify with it because they can commit any crime and go Scot free. No one can prosecute them. Biafrans don't want such a country. The opportunities that Biafra will present for her youth will be so enormous that a lot of them will return from the various countries they've been scattered to. You fulanis on the other hand are destroyers. All empires are known to bring an improvement in the development of the territories they control except the fulani caliphate. All your people know is destruction. Attack, pillage and burn down. No civilization, no structural improvement, monuments of any repute to show your contribution as a regional force. Nothing! See the Nigeria you controlled! It has been so degraded and battered. The life of an average Nigerian is worth below that of a dog courtesy of your people. Shame on you lots. Biafra is our hope and we will give our all to see to her establishment. Let the other tribes choose which of the countries is more promising. |

caleboxylic: How old are you? So rotimi chibuike amaechi is an itshekiri man? You should concentrate on your undergraduate courses/jamb preparation. Igbos must be smart enough to understand that they shouldn't take anything for granted. No Yoruba man calls Chibuike Amaechi by his main name. They'll always write Rotimi instead of Chibuike. It's done intentionally. We must never attach rotimi to his name. He is our brother and we should address him properly. You see, in future arguments as to his origin may be brought up and some ofekes may think one of his parents was a Yoruba whereas it is not so. Ndigbo leave no stone unturned. |

You rarely see Oyo vs Ekiti comparison thread, Kano vs Kaduna thread, Benue against Plateau thread....
Are u sure people doing this are actually igbos? Before you know it Anambra people will be abusing Abia people n Imo people will be cursing Ebonyi.
What is wrong with us bikonu? And when I point out things like this some nkita ara will say I am not igbo.
THIS IS GETTING FRUSTRATING. STOP THESE COMPARISONS!!!!! Though you aptly captured the vision of the thread, you still remain a non-Igbo. You can only fool yourself. Igbos are smart to identify their own just from your thought process. It's fine to admire Igbos though and even to identify with them as long as you're not working against them, we're cool with you. |

Otherwise, how do you explain the unprovoked murder going on there. Even if they were educationally disadvantaged and poor, those issues of life should not take away your humanity.
They are very religiously clustered, that should have fostered unbreakable bond between them, rather than killing themselves in such mindless ways.
After the north, karma will fish out the rest of their collaborators. When will my people learn how to shut up and think of ways that will benefit them? Let the dead bury their dead and do not be more Catholic than the pope. As a man makes his bed so he shall lie on it. Karma needs no spokesman. StaffofOrayan: Lol When the British joined the slave trade, they met a Fulani army that had a standing slave raiding party of 16,000 This slave raiding army became the Nigerian and Cameroonian armies. People were actually chased into the creeks by slave raiders. We are talking about 2 million souls moved out of the Bight of Biafra you are talking about one Obi. Bakkasi peninsula should tell you those borders are artificial You're so clueless. Where was the operational base of the fulani raiding party? The southern most city they had such number was in Ilorin and never in any part of the Eastern region. Listen, to avoid blind argument, state and provide any proof to fulanis participating in any slave trade in the Eastern coast of Nigeria. If this is not your argument, I'm not interested. Nna ehn, person wey nor know any history of a place go just jump dey put mouth. |

StaffofOrayan: This is all stupid lies told by uneducated clowns. Slave raiding was done by professional Fulani slave raiders, its in all the history books, it used to be called the Muhammedian slave trade I suspect FFK's family are Fulani moles, The Egbas were known to be fiercely anti slavery. Madam Tinubu (not to be mistaken for Ahmed Tinubu) was born in 1810, slavery was abolished in 1807, use ur damn head
Modified The Igbo's gloating on this thread are too shallow to see what is going on, its a conspiracy against southerners, I was reading about the slave trade in the Bight of Biafra and was amazed to see Arochukwu priest were accused of being behind the trade! The British and Fulani has removed themselves.
Y'all better wake up!! No fulani crossed Benue talk more of Igboland hence was not involved in any slave trade in the Bight of Biafra. Though tiny number of hausas/northerners were sold from Bonny. Two of the most notorious slave traders from Igboland were Omenuko and Obi Ossai. Successive kings of Bonny were serious slave traders. |

Datazone: You said "who sabi una?" Haha. Itsekiris, though a minority have made serious impacts in Nigeria as a whole. I can list many of their achievements. The first graduate in Nigeria is an Itsekiri. The first graduate king in west Africa is also an Itsekiri. Google "Olu Antonio Dom Domingos" The first church in Nigeria is in Itsekiri land. I wouldnt want to go into early politics in Nigeria and all that but in terms of Delta state politics, Itsekiri is alive and kicking. The incumbent governor is an Itsekiri. Itsekiris have a strong hold in their areas. At federal level we have some appointments as well. We all know Prof Itse sagay and Reno Omokri. If not for the recent Agege position, Urhobos, though a majority have been useless. Imagine a small tribe like Itsekiris giving the Urhobos a run for their money. Pathetic Incumbent governor Itsekiri? |

Datazone: The reality today is that Itsekiris have lost the grip they once had in Warri. Sad, but true. You claim Itsekiris don't have lands in Delta Central yet you want Itsekiris to accept your claim of land in Warri. Even Efewestern who is far knowledgeable than you acknowledged the fact that Itsekiri communities do exist in Delta Central. I know you're still a child but it pains me when you don't want to shut up and learn from your elders. The people you claim to be water people are part of the people who signed the treaty of the British and almagation of Nigeria. Where was the dominant and mighty urhobo in all of these? Shut up my dear and learn. Itsekiris have played politics and out of their benevolence lost their lands and grip on you lot. With respect to the two black people present at the 1914 amalgamation, what's the name of the other person apart from Chief Dore Numa? I'm yet to know this person. |

feldido: The Obolo (Andoni) people, part of the Obolo state, of Rivers,Abia, and Akwa Ibom States, of Nigeria, are an Ijaw sub-ethnic group with strong historical relations with Oron people of Niger Delta in Nigeria. The Andoni people refer to God as Awaji or Owaji.[1]
Historically, the Andoni (Idoni or Indo before the colonial era had commercial contacts with European traders and with other neighbouring Ijaw clans, such as the Bonny, Okrika, Kalabari, Nkoro, Ette people of present Ikot-Abasi as well as the Okoro-utip and Mkpanak people of Ibeno. The people frequently fought wars with the Bonny and Ogoni people.
The Obolo people speak Obolo as the only native language. Obolo language is a distinct language based on the original Ijaw intonation.
