After the fingerprints and swearing done. The guy was just grinning from molar to premolar (lol)

Remember i had my interview on the 10th of April, i got a call a day later tellin me 2 com and sign a form ds230 which i 4got to sign durin my interview. I signed the form on 17th April den i was instructed 2 collect my visa a week later at the colection centre, got there a week later and i was told dat my visa is nt yet ready, ghen ghen, nah dere d pressure beging start, with different dirty thoughts on my mind.. But i thank God i got my Visa 2day.. Still on my way home from d collection centre but gotta let my e-fam know that oti set ... Thank u call for everything

chio: we then went tru anoda check and formed anoda line where we were given a card and a slip of how much we were to pay.
from there to anoda check point we were to told to enter in fives.
from there we now mached to the main building
there we were told to remove our wrist watch chain,belt and some people shoes
from there we now marched to anoda checkpoint before the main Visa Hall
at that Check point i was given my Ticket number B40_.
Wen i entered the hall
i was called on window 20 to submit my documents which i did the lady gave me back my Birth cert
she only took the NPC.
She now told me to go pay my Visa fee and come back to submit my passport.
which i did i now went to sit to wait for my numba to bleep.
I stay sotay i dey tired.
They were some how slow today
there were only 3 CO on windows 0n window 13,14,and 15 window 16 was closed
I had to wait from 7:30am after payment to about 11 am.
the CO 0n window 13 was strict he interviewed a couple for well over 1hr and still he denied them Visa the wife wanted to cry but the husband was consoleinh him

We had our interview on 16th of april, we got to lagos a day before the interview and lodge in a guest house in obalende and all night we had our eyes opened with final preparation and at 5am we left our hotel room for the embassy as we were sheduled for 7am interview and we obey all rules paid the visa fee and here is our interview:

honeydee: I had my interview in Accra Ghana this morning. Thanks to God and everyone who prayed for me. My interview was successful. My interview was somehow like a nigerian movie because it has part 1 and 2.

Part 1 was in february.The only question i was asked was what job i was doing. After that, the Female CO said i needed to get a new police report from Nigeria with my full name on it.Im half Nigerian and half Ghanaian and i stayed in nigeria up to the age of 17 so i needed a police report from there.My name on the police report i got from nigeria was shortened so she requested i do another one with my full name and also provide some id cards i used while i lived in Nigeria.

Part 2 was this morning and to God be the glory, the male CO this time did not ask me any question. he just said i should give him the new police report and show him the id cards. He asked for my passport and asked me to come back in three days for my visa.

Im grateful to everyone here. Even those ave never really interacted with because i learnt a lot from your comments. God richly bless you all.

uniqueprivacy: Hello my e-family members it's good to be back once again after about a month and a half of my absence on this forum. This wasn't intentional, it's a very long story. I am just going to summarize it. After sharing my success story on this forum and while preparing for my journey, you know trying to source for fund, I had a bullet attack which was meant to terminate my life, in order to pollute my testimony but against the wish of the enermies my God didn't let it happen that way. He saved me and kept me alive to fulfill my American dream. it is my pleasure to let you know that this testimony is coming to you live from Philadelphia PA. I left naija on the 16th April with British Airways connected through London(Heathrow Airport) and arrived Philadelphia on the 17th of April, to God be the glory.

let me use this opportunity to congratulate those who had their successful interviews, 2NL and trip to their various destinations.
Also to pray for those waiting for their 2NL, interviews, trips and 1NL by May 1st. I wish you all success and God's favour, IJN amen.

Sorry this is coming late its been a rough and high tensioned experience actually but thank God its all worth it.. Had my interview ystday and thank God for he has showered his goodness upon me.

Got to the embassy, passed thru diferent security checks, was 1st to get into the interview hall, which i have been avoiding coz i don't wanna be the 1st to be interviewed..but it wasn't in that order i was the fift person to be interviewed, even tho i had the 1st number for immigrant category.paid the visa fee, waited for some mins and was caled for submission of document. Waited for close to an hour b4 the CO's came to their respective windows. The eldest CO called me 2 window 13, the interview was less than 5mins ......

I was scared b4 the interview but the guy beside me was giving me confidence and i was laffin @ my self, like what's up with me....but its so unfortunate the guy was being denied coz the CO believed his waec certificate isn't original, he checked the internet and saw the result but he still wasn't convinced. He pain me 4 d guy...
That's it folks smiled out of the embassy, filled with joy. It has been what my prayers has been based on for close to a year now, i got out of the interview hall, tipped the securities and bowed to Allah for his goodness and mercies upon me. Alhamdulilai YES LORD, MarylanD here i come

auschris: I got a cal 4rm a young lady abt 2wks ago. She asked if i was d person dat assisted some of her sch mates 2 enter for DV & i told her i was. She said she wanted to see and discuss something very important. I ddnt bother to ask her wat it was but wondered wat it cud be (cos i gave all of dem their CNs & it was nt yet 1st May). Nevertheless, we agreed dat she shud come to my place on a Sat morning. She came as agreed but her face was nt familiar. I took her up ön this but she said her sch mate her my no. Then, she informed dat she was a DV2013 selectee(a relation in d US entered 4 her) and has sent her forms 2 KCC. Seeing her case no(136xx), i told her she was already current and when i enquired abt her 2NL, she said she didnt have it bt dat she got a mail 4rm KCC. On checking her status, she saw dat her interview was slated for 7am on 2nd April. She told me dat d reasön she came to me was dat she knew nothing abt DV and what to do regarding d upcoming interview. First, I got her comfirmation no and keyed it into d DV website and got her 2NL, sent it to her email(with clear directive to print it later). Next, i asked if she had d necessary documents like birth cert, o'level certs etc. Fortunately, my kid bro(daddykelly) just came bak d previous day 4rm Lag after completing his medicals and police report and was in my house at d time. So, i introduced dem to each other. He gave her info regarding d procedure involved and gave her contacts dat wud make it easier for her to go thru d process without stress. While listing d requirements, we realised she ddnt have an intl pport. I quickly got in touch wit a friend who connected us to an immigration officer dat assisted in getting d pport in a day. She travelled to Lag 4 medicals & police report on Palm sunday and completed d process by wednesday of Holy week. I also introduced her to dis forum bt i'm not sure she followed up on it. However, i shared some testimonies of members of dis forum just to fire up her optimism. She had her interview on tuesday April 2. ...Details coming soon(make i flex my fingers)

Is my turn to testify to HIS glory,I always said that faith put god to work and faith works wonders,we got to the embassy very early before 6am we meet a lot people there,and we join them few min later the seccurity checking started and we ware move to interview hall,we gt to the hall exatly 7am but we met CO1-12 on seat atending to non immigrant there's a lot off denied there so by 8am CO 13 open his window for immigrate intervview,few min after 14 and 15 open and CO 13 caled some. For there his interview really my mind is not with him because I observ that CO 15 is holding our document and I told my wife that that the CO 15 we call us soon,so the CO check and check for almost 10 min before our number apear on his creen and he called us to his window so I was there before my wife.

Abimbola80: Hallo my people, I got to the embassy around 8:25am with my family. I was called to the queue around 9:15, did all document verification and straight to the other building. On getting there, I paid $1,320 for 4pple at window 22 and submit all my original docs and photocopy for window 19 with Int passport. I was in the front row looking at the 3cos. It was only the CO in window 14 (Young boy) that was nice, d CO in window 13 is too harsh and heartless, just they ask unnecessary question. Cos I was tired and hungry, I prayed for God's favour to have a stress-free experience. To be candid, favour beckon at exactly 12:32, the guy at window 14 called me and my family. This is my experience:
