I think the CBN is there to respond to any policy direction as championed by the Min. Of Finance. If they want single fx window and low interest, the CBN will create the monetary simulation.

Country hard oh. I've been successful on my part on being a two time nominee for the NYIF. Each of those two times, I have just spent money following procedures and opening accounts without disbursement. Nigeria is a terrible place. This country is depressing for the everyday young Nigerian.
It is hard raising that sum from commercial banks. Small default of one week I had back in service year with Access, that is how they stopped my 30k access to credit. I thank God for today we're still hustling and bustling.
Perhaps, give BOI a try as I'm trying to meet-up several requirements knowing that staff might still subvert the process.

At the right time, heavy crossings will be made, shortly after that, Oando will agree to pay more than N7.07 knowing they are not going to spend so much again to get the remaining units from the stubborn holders...

- I think 2 banks were able to make much revenue recently due to their Fintech use of doing biz...
- CHAMS has 5 major corporate substantial shareholders with shareholdings around 35% of the total share capital of N5B....
* All CHAMS needed is just one catalyst to leap......who knows, a bank or one int'l body may just decide to partner or inject fund into the coy one day or buy the t over..........that's the kind of news Chams needed to blow.........

Can't really say, but if we could see a partial float of the naira just as foreign airlines are having a circa 500 exchange on the dollar, just maybe FPI may flow in. Inasmuch as that subsidy is removed, Nigeria will have to do ALL it can to attract foreign investment. The Stock Market is the first benefactor of such influx.

But all still theoretical
