* If these trades were executed on behalf of Tony, then TOE might have overtake Otedola to become the single largest shareholder with 6.71% representing 2.684B shares in total.

OFF MARKET TRADE

A total of 787,500,000 units of TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION PLC were done as OFF MARKET TRADE today *APRIL 18, 2023 at N1.85K in THREE DEALS.

The deal was a NEGOTIATED one with UNITED CAPITAL SECURITIES LIMITED as BUYER and REWARD INVESTMENT LTD as SELLER.

Ucap... TE link... It's alright.
Meanwhile, Mr TRANSCORP still managed to close on bid at the day high N2.03.

We'll see how things play out tomorrow.

I invested all in Transcorp and have really made good gains but i am hoping it goes to all time high. The company is good and have had profits year on year so moving to perm site won't be bad. Lets hold the stock firmly so that it will attain a new level

Elumelu/Heirs Holdings are the ones behind the massive bids on Transcorp today and not pension funds or institutional funds. Also, Transcorp rushed to publish their bad results yesterday in an attempt to drive down the price but retail investors no dey gree sell. E dey sweet.

Anyone that needs appointment can get appointment if they are really serious about it. I'm telling you this because I've seen people do interviews week in week out. 4 persons that I know will still go for interview this week.

So quite discouraging people. Not everyone will encounter the same fate that a few people encountered.

I don't think this is the case, though one can never know what's going on in these guy's minds.

AFDB's stake was mainly for GEREGU 2 if I'm not mistaking........ Otedola might be strategizing ahead by moving into Transcorp to buy some stakes.



We are used to their initial denial.
Also saw Transcorp's mail as per this.......but I think what they were saying was that they've not been formally informed or so.

This same value you are seeing in Transcorp now,we have seen it in years past yet no wealth creation for shareholders.

I am having a feeling they will separate the power company from the group very soon.who knows their plan......

The huge cross deals of yesterday was said to be about 3.8% of the total shares outstanding.....
TRANSCORP just needs to do something about the OS cos it's not expected to stay static at present price.
