yMcy56: CHAMS and E-Transact are in the same business I Blvd.... - ACCESS has increased its stake in E-Transact to 37.56% totalling N12.1B injected in fund.... - I think 2 banks were able to make much revenue recently due to their Fintech use of doing biz... - CHAMS has 5 major corporate substantial shareholders with shareholdings around 35% of the total share capital of N5B.... * All CHAMS needed is just one catalyst to leap......who knows, a bank or one int'l body may just decide to partner or inject fund into the coy one day or buy the t over..........that's the kind of news Chams needed to blow......... ** Still have bright future in my opinion. Interesting. |

otokx: What does this portend for the market? Can't really say, but if we could see a partial float of the naira just as foreign airlines are having a circa 500 exchange on the dollar, just maybe FPI may flow in. Inasmuch as that subsidy is removed, Nigeria will have to do ALL it can to attract foreign investment. The Stock Market is the first benefactor of such influx. But all still theoretical |

Ades1: If he thinks it is worth 2 trillion why did he offer to buy at 250B?? Believe these vultures at your own risk For a company with a market cap currently at 40billion, 250 is a fair deal. |

Ades1: Bros I respect you, but like I said lets be guided! At 9,900% the market cap of Transcorp will be N1.5 trillion!
Is it possible for me to become a billionaire tomorrow? Yes, very possible, but is it probable? NO!
Just because anything is possible does not mean we should be throwing imaginary numbers around Your figures are modest. Ote$ puts it at N2trillion. Why did he push out those figures though? |

sophy17: Rental income is not erratic. It is more dependable if you know how to do it or give it to those who know how to. Wrong tenants owe, while right tenants don't. Still boils down to doing it right from the start. You don't use rent for repairs as long as the property is occupied by a tenant. Only external repairs are carried out rarely. Only major repair/restructuring of property requires govt approvals which do cost some money to process.
Now, no matter what, your property never lose value, even your empty land. Your rental value too also keeps going up, and astronomically too especially in the major city. Cost(tangible and intangible) of profit |

yMcy56: NO!! They're on queue to buy or sell as well.
If a stock is in high demand for instance and you couldn't see to buy easily on the floor, you could contact your broker to help you get (maybe at a premium). So, the Broker may be crossing the ones put up for sale to your acct (instead of selling on the floor), or their acct in order to transfer it to you at certain agreed price(s). That's my little understanding of it.
Btw, why were you not interested in NAHCO when it was being noised here and recommended by CP and OGG? Thanks for the brief. On NACHO, I think I was distracted with another ride or so. |

yMcy56: If I get you right, it's Cross Deals. We've discussed much about cross dealings here..... It could be mvmt of stock from one customer's account to another; or from one broking house to another. The transactions just have to pass thru the NGX Trading Engine for proper documentation and the likes.
