We heard over the news that these countries were being new breeding grounds for the virus. And by screening i meant looking at travel history and not just the medic checks..

It is failure of screening...why didn't you check from which airport that plane departed from. Or was it not a direct flight from italy.. Why didn't FAAN and whosever that is in chRge, update their security list to SK, Italy and Iraq with the news over the weeks. You guys where just stuck on China. I seriously need that CSO's job.. Some 3 days ago, i read about italy being the new donor ground. 2days ago someone flew from italy to nigeria and they failed to quarantine him and the rest of the passengers?!!! I hope they are really on top of this one?!

but for professionals!!!!. I work in a construction firm as an health and safety professional and I'm doing well. Those of us in the safety career have better chances than our competitors from other countries like India, Pakistan, etc cos we have the necessary certification and qualifications as per meeting the requirement to work as safety professionals in uae. Hse professional earn a minimum of 15000dirham (1.5m naira) per month if you have nebosh diploma. Inasmuch as your qualifications determine your paid as far as hse career is concern in uae, it also depends on your employers. some employers paid their safety professionals 22000 Dirham (2.2m naira) per month while other might paid as low as 5000 Dirham (500k) per month.
