They don't remit nothing to the government, yet the government pays salaries, provides tetfund for research, infrastructure, also research grants that's is not accounted for, etc.. What happens to the school fees, the acceptance fees, the other IGRs? Most universities don't even pay the allowances the are supposed to pay their workers, cut their salaries..
