i wouldnt want to quote anyone here to make my point, like i always told my girlfriend when life was pretty difficult for me : if you can't wait, there is an emergency door: date another guy.Some ladies talk like a guy should manufacture a good job, its good to be reasonable sometimes, look at the situation, atleast its not like the guy sleeps in the house waiting on God to perform a miracle, he goes out, submits his CV's, makes contacts, and then a lady gives you a time table? sometime last year on CNN a chinese factory was televised i guess this was unknown to them, you wont believe what am about to tell you, part of the ingredients for making meatpie was chopped up cartons, since most cartons are brown it served well as meat,all they did was soaked the cartons in water to weaken it, just the type used for packaging products like milo etc, after that a chopping knife was used to dissect them and was properly mixed with all other flavours, that is why in the UK, US some goods from china are banned and the few that go thru must meet certain specifications.

Marginal gingivitis is most common as bleeding from gums comes usually near the base of the teeth. Bleeding gums may be due to

injury or trauma, which may be caused by a blow, insertion of foreign substances, tooth picking, dentures, improper brushing, flossing, It may also get injured from irritation of chemicals and acids in foods, drinks, mouth fresheners, tooth whiteners and medicines.
disease conditions can also cause bleeding gums. For example that could be gum problems or infection of gums, retracted or receded gums, weak and spongy gums. It is also common incidence of dental problems such as caries, excessive tartar or plaque formation, periodontitis. ,

Prevent bleeding gums

Everyone who want to prevent bleeding gums should avoid hard and fast brushing, hard diets and snacks which can cause injury such as chips, sour foods or drinks, hot drinks, carbonated acid drinks, sticky chocolates, pain-killers, blood thinners and unnecessary medication. You should rinse mouth with mouth fresheners often Tobacco chewing, betel nut chewing and smoking is something that you should also avoid. Take care about plaque deposits by proper cleaning and visiting dentist regularly. Use soft bristle tooth brushes to brush gently and use vitamin supplements in case of deficiency. Take care for well balanced nutritious diet, proper mastication, and brush away the food particles in mouth after every meal. Oral hygiene and dental health is very important as well. Try to gargle with salty warm water after every meal.

Take care about bleeding gums

Apply gentle pressure for compression, but if bleeding persists apply ice or take ice cold drinks or juices to stop bleeding. Do not brush the teeth; instead you can rinse the mouth with salty warm water. Keep you away from all new medication and visit physician or dentist at the earliest to rule out the causes. It is important to know you should visit the dentist at least once every six months for plaque removal. Follow your dentist’s home care instructions, becasue the dentist may recommend rinsing with salt water or hydrogen peroxide and water. Try to avoid using commercial, alcohol-containing mouthwashes, which aggravate the problem. Floss teeth twice a day to keep plaque from building up on your teeth. Eliminate between meal snacks and reduce carbohydrate intake to help prevent plaque build-up on teeth. Use an oral irrigation device on the low setting to massage the gums, and maintain a balanced, healthy diet. You should also know for some additional tips that could be helpful for bleeding gums. First, you should avoid the use of tobacco, which aggravates bleeding gums. Have poorly fitting dentures adjusted and relined by your dentist if they are causing sore spots in gums causing bleeding gums. Try to avoid aspirin unless your health care provider has recommended that you take it. Control gum bleeding by applying pressure directly on the gums with a gauze pad soaked in ice water, and if you have been diagnosed with a vitamin deficiency, take recommended vitamin supplements. If side effects of medication are irritating, you could ask your doctor to adjust or substitute another medication. It is also important to know you should never change your medication without consulting your doctor.

When to contact a medical professional

You must consult your health care provider if your gums continue to bleed even after treatment, or if the bleeding is severe or chronic. Other unexplained symptoms are associated with the bleeding so your dentist should examine your teeth and gums, and ask questions such as are the gums bleeding a large amount, did the bleeding begin recently, do the gums bleed frequently or only occasionally, and have you had gum problems before. The doctor could also ask how often do you brush and floss your teeth, do you use a soft or hard bristled toothbrush and how vigorously do you brush your teeth. When was the last time you had your teeth cleaned at the dentist, have you changed your diet, do you eat adequate amounts of fruits and vegetables, do you take supplemental vitamins and do you have a high carbohydrate diet are also important questions to get appropriate diagnosis. The doctor should also ask what medications do you take, do you take anticonvulsants, anticoagulants or aspirin, or maybe you are pregnant. In some cases mouthwash or tooth paste coudl provoke gums to bleed, so your doctor should know if you changed some of these recently. He must know as well what other symptoms do you have, for example sore throat.

Complications for bleeding gums

You must know it is important to brush away the problem in initial period itself.

Otherwise, complications like constant bleeding, swelling and pain in gums, periodontal disease, jaw bone disease, and finally tooth loss can occur.

General treatment for bleeding gums

To keep healthy and smiling teeth, gums are very essential to be healthy. The first and best treatment is caring for oral and dental hygiene. Do it with proper brushing techniques. Due to a wide range of problems occurring in the gums and teeth, most of the patients are prescribed antibiotics and varieties of paste to control infection. Homeopathic approach, according to symptoms, similarity and cause of the complaint, is prescribed to cure the case. The medicines which are prescribed homeopathically will control infection immediately and arrest bleeding. For complete cure, treatment should be started at the early stage itself, otherwise, gums may recede or shrink, paving way for infection to enter the base of the teeth to loosen it. there isnt no cure for asthma yet, may be tomorrow but today none, those that wish to sell their wares should go to the business section, this is health, and health is wealth. i have been living with asthma for close to 30years, all you do like has been said by aisha is management, get to understand yourself, it can be very deadly if taken for granted, 8 months ago i was having pneumonia and asthma attack at the same time, it wasnt for any reason funny, sometimes your only and safest bet is intravenous, cos the inhaler wont function, simply understand yourself, at the slightest symptom get your inhaler, avoid: cold water, stuffy enviroments, dirty rugs,dust,an a/c room, smoke etc GNLD?well i do not know, may be it works for some people.

Asthma has triggers and there are many types.
It's best to find out what causes the attacks and keep away from it if you can.
There are also low dose daily inhalational steroid meds that can keep the attacks away
May not be readily available and affordable in Naija.
Some people outgrow their asthma or have fewer attacks as they grow older
It has no permanent cure except by a miracle but most asthmatics can live a full healthy life.
