@OP.

Do you know that some people believe they can talk to ghosts.

Some people believe that GEJ was the best President ever and some believe it is PMB.

There are so many examples of things people believe. But the bottom line is that the fact that you believe something doesn't make it true.

Cloth lines are for hanging clothes and that is what she is doing. it is her business which clothes she chooses to hang where ever she chooses.

You need to control your lust. And if you can't, CLOSE your windows. (But I have a feeling that you will read some other message into whatever she does)

I sure say pedophiles sef dey vex say dem dey hang pikin pint for dem front. And if to say NEPA get sense and recession no dey, everybody go get clothes drier for house grin grin grin

Very true.

but Jeep is also a copyrighted brand of SUVs/jeeps.

So, in order to avoid confusion, we have to be careful how we use it.

But as per Naija style, all na jeep. Pajero jeep, Lexus jeep, Jeep jeep. Lol.

It is more common in Nigeria than we think. Happens to ladies and women just like it happens to girls.

And it is criminal whether you force yourself on a minor or an adult. No means No.

Most women will never speak about it.

Because men will blame them for being "lose girls"

And Nairaland BOYS are a perfect example.

How many have they named after Rashidi yekini, Stephen Keshi or Amodu shuaibu.

These are Nigerian sportsmen.

Did they even pay them their worth?

Nigeria is a funny country.

If all the money that has been invested by Nigeria and Nigerians in the EPL over these years has been invested in NPFL and our sports sector, we will be making money from sports.

The same people will soon be screamin "buy Nigerian"

What are you saying naa? Who is claiming his success? All I'm saying is there is nothing wrong with what he said period. What about the Nigeria that wanted to bomb a plane, didn't they say he is Nigerian? The guy never visited Nigeria and he even schooled in the UK. Yet they didn't brand him UK citizen.

What about the Nigerian that murdered that innocent soldier in cold blood. Everyone shouted Nigeria but all his life was in the u.k. So why you talking trash?

He said it himself and you can't help it.

When it's success he is British but when it's shame he's nigerian.

You can clean the Nigerian blood he has, so deal with it.

But why are you so mad son?

If you are this disrespectful and insulting in real life, i am sorry for you and your prospects!!!

I know YOU are definitely Nigerian.

Sincerely curious.

When I said poor, I wasn't referring to how much money he has in the bank. I meant that it is a poor situation to be incarcerated in a Nigerian prison.

I researched Ekweremmadu. He sounds like an intelligent gentleman. He is deeply involved in Nigerian politics but I never found any place where he was agitation for the creation of Biafra.

It sounds like he was strongly for violation of human rights. He believes that every Mr. Kanu has the right to campaign for secession and shouldn't be imprisoned as a result of this. And that's why he tried to help out with bail. Along with Gov Fayose.

And if you have any reliable source that states otherwise, I would be grateful.

I just wonder for all of una honestly and I'm so pissed. What is wrong with what Ben said? Mr Ben lived by example if you are talking about diaspora and he identified with Nigeria despite being affiliated abroad.

When Nigerians abroad do bad things they SAY HE IS NIGERIAN but if Na good thing THEN THEY SAY HE IS BRITISH.

Have you listened to what Anthony Joshua said? The young man even by himself identified with Nigeria and jokingly mentioned Eba, pounded yam and Egusi soup as the secret of his success. The dude even spoke little yoruba language so he is not lost as una dey suggest.

The young man said he will like to visit Nigeria and identify with his people. Na Ben Bruce talk that one? Anthony said........ I AM NIGERIAN BY BLOOD and Nigeria is dare to him. You can't erase blood o!

Pardon me, I tried download the video but couldn't. You can watch it on youtube. The guy is a proud Nigerian.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXGtPklZSdo

He identifies with his roots... Nigeria. And this is a good thing. But he is British born and bred. He represented Great Britain in the recent Olympics in Boxing. Not Nigeria.

No different than beyonce saying she identifies with her roots and would love to connect with her people (Maybe Nigeria or Ghana)

AJ's success has nothing to do with Nigeria. We shouldn't claim people just because they are successful.

Senator Bruce will find other successful Nigerian bred people that can be celebrated.

Hoe - Meaning

1. A skank
2. A woman that is too loose in the booty.
3. Woman or man that f**k anything with two legs.
4. A promiscuous person.

Also called slut

It is okay to have misunderstandings and disagreements with people, but mature people don't resort to name calling.

If you truly have respect for your wife, you wouldn't call her a hoe. Especially when you have nothing to back it up with.

You have done wrong man!!!

Romance / Re: "Magun" Explained Scientifically: Why Some Couples Get Stuck During Illicit Sex by ziga: 11:16pm On Apr 29, 2017
Greene66:

Bros.. the worst thing that can happen to man is for him to deceive himself.

Spiritual stuffs cannot be scientifically explained. There have been cases where a man died on top of a woman and there was no medical explanation. And there have been cases where a sane man in his office or woman in her shop suddenly starts laughing and goes crazy. Even doctors today use spiritual powers to support their craft.

I'm not saying all cases like the above are Magun caused. Indeed we cannot conclude it's Magun as long as there is a medical explanation. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist or its a myth. It does.

Many have headache as a result of spiritual attack that no doctor can fix. Even headaches that lead to madness but because headache is something that scientifically and medically exists, that doesn't mean the spiritual version cannot manifest same applies to Magun. It may have scientific names as you mentioned but that doesn't mean it cannot manifest.

That's my point.

And indeed Magun doesn't work unless both are married and the trapping of the two is very rare when it comes to Magun. Magun mostly kills and run mad.

Science is continuously evolving.

And when anything can not be scientifically explained, "they" call it spiritual. Until it is unraveled. Then it becomes science.

There is a lot that the human mind doesn't understand. But if we close our minds, we never will.

Small time now, we go dey vex say na only white man dey discover things. Spirichua has blinded our eyes.

They called Onyibo men witches when they came to our land and could create fire from sticks. No wonder they were able to enslave us.

We once believed the world was flat. But now we know more.

Culture / Re: The Origin Of Tribal Marks Practice In Nigeria, styles And Reasons. (photos) by ziga: 12:42pm On Apr 29, 2017
Tribal marks are part of our culture, just like tattoos are part of the American culture.

They accept their tattoos (which is equally painful) but have "reservations" about our tribal marks.

And we black people bring our other black people down for this culture. (just listen to the IPOB vs AFOJA BS)

At one point tattoos were seen as somewhat negative, but they have celebrated it and uplifted it so much that it is now in style and our African brothers have even adopted it.

We are past the times of war and children being stolen, so the idea of tribal marks for identification is archaic, but if as an addult, you choose to have some fancy updated scar, designed on you face, please do it and celebrate it.

Tribal marks are our own cultural tattoo.

How can Nigerians in diaspora help Nigerians in Nigeria to migrate?

They are not customs and immigration na.

Nobody will be open about helping especially if the person to be helped is trying to do something illegal.

For example, anybody will be selective about who he or she will recommend for a job in their office and you will make sure that their CV and their behavior is correct.

The case against Mr. Kanu is one thing.

After it is over, it doesn't actualize the dream of Biafra.

And if the Igbo people are as united as it appears to be (not internet Igbo), then they should get their leaders currently in Government to make it happen and separate from Nigeria.

No be by force to be one country na.

So Nigeria as presently constituted is okay for you simply because of size. For your information all those countries you mentioned have independence or seperatist movements; both civil as in the State of Texas in the US and violently as in the Caucuses, Russia and the Uigur moslem minorities in China. Are these countries more prosperous and peaceful than pin sized countries like Japan, Singapore, Norway, Finland and others. Abeg park well. What rulers, dictators, conquistadors and the whole lot of greedy, self-centrered maniacs look for is the size of their conquests. What ordinary folks, the common citizen looks for is peace, security and a decent standard of living. Has a supersized Nigeria given any of these. Abeg answer. The UK is shrinking. They feel they will get a better life out of the EU while other countries like Greece are in the greater EU, wasting away, getting poorer because they can't make german BMW's and cook like the french. Abegii. Nigeria like this doesn't work. New heroic government, 'heavenly sent president' yet everything worsens.

And you mentioned Japan shows how faulty your logic is. Japan is the size of just 3 or 4 Nigerian states with half the land uninhabitable mountains and a small population half of which are pensioners yet the third largest economy and crime next to zero. Bigger can only be better if it is homogenous not fractured and divisive. The police needs 30,000 new cops a year to keep this country from exploding. You should be worried that the police will soon consume all the resources of the country. Don't restructure, be doing big....big wahala is loading.

Like I said before, small minds think small things!!!

BTW Japan's land mass is almost half of Nigeria.
Politics / Re: "We Are The Ones Who Banish People", Igbokwe Replies IPOB by ziga: 1:28pm On Apr 28, 2017
It is no surprise that the strongest, most powerful nations in the world have the largest land masses.

- USA, China, India, Japan. Former USSR, even now Russia

And the funny thing is that these already large countries continue trying to expand their influence by taking up other countries.

A lot of African countries have a lot of potential but we limit ourselves by our selfishness.

It seems Nigeria continues to get poorer with the more states that we create.

Some people will claim that Nigeria is too culturally diverse... But truthfully, are we really more culturally diverse than the USA. We are a country of all black people for goodness sake.

Anyway, small minds think small things.

Read between the lines and get the message. Nigerians ministers did not get to job on merit, rather, as a reward. When you see a man who studied Law, not just Law in itself, but has gone ahead to become a SAN, only to be in charge of something as sensitive as Power, then you know your case is a sorry tale.

Bottom line is that we have ministers who are square pegs trying to fit in round holes.

I agree with what you just said, but my comment was about glorifying Iran's health ministry on the basis that their minister performed surgery.

It will lead us exactly to the situation that you criticized.

In Nigeria, we glorify "qualifications" and from a Nigerian perspective, a "SAN" is "well read" and knows "almost everything". Therefore, he can lead any industry!!!
