I find it difficult to load fiverr website on my HP Mini laptop. I have loaded this site before but suddenly(one week ago to be precise) i discovered i cannot again.  Whenever i try using internet explorer, the message i received is  internet explorer can not load the webpage, while firefox will return blank page. I use glo modem to browse.

Please i need somebody to help me out.

The truth is that even when the fan is in good condition and there is accumulated dirt on the microprocessor and its surroundings, you are still going to encounter intermittent switching off of the system. Before you apply paste on top of the Microprocessor (not the heat-zinc) you would need to dust it up first. Don't ever ignore this little trick - small debris on the microprocessor and environment can trigger the system to switching off for overheating, even when the fan is in good working condition.

i really appreciate you guys for the prompt response, Thanks. i'm using window xp and it has only one account.

why not get a disc of your computers operating system and try to do a repair from the disc and do a "fixboot" and "fixmbr"

basically boot from the OS disc and select repair and when the repair comes up with the command line window type "help" you will then see the possible commands you can run. The run the two commands i pointed out above then restart your computer. (for XP computer)

for windows 7 the repair functions kinda runs automatically after you choose repair while bootig from the disc

Hi guys,

I have some issues with my HP Mini Notebook. I sent it back to Hp cos it crashed then got it back WITHOUT all my documents, yes, all my manuscripts! (asking for too much, i know but i was wondering if i could access the files i lost someehere on the backup drive located in My computer  (cos there's a drive that says Back up and its like 70% full.

Also, before the notebook crashed, my DH got me a usb cordless plugged mouse and im kinda concerned about using it now cos i think that may have caused the initial malfunction.

Finally, can i please please get a link for free anti virus? (if that exists) cos the system keeps restarting on its own and its kinda annoying.

What i mean is that when it loads to the page where i will be asked to choose the user account, i choosed it and it will tell me 'welcome', instead of booting to my desktop where i will see my icons it will bring me back to the choose account page. Zim, moonraker is right - all those software are life savers. I use driver genius and it has helped greatly when I couldn't resolve some driver issues.

Search Driver scanner using google. download it. it is not free so u will need a key to activate. once fully activated,

you can run the program and it will find and install the missing drivers,

hello guys, I am having desktop of 500 Gb of HDD, 1Gb of RAM, Nvidea Graphic Card, AMD Athelon Processor of 3.2 Ghz. Here is my problem, when I play any video file, the screen get disappear but the audio is active, I can listen but can't watch. I opened my CPU, removed all connection, clean it and then again fixed it, but the problem is still on, what is the problem ?

i realized that i cant scroll up or down using the mouse pad on the laptop. though i can scroll if i use an external mouse. i use a dv6500 windows vista system. could some one pls come to my aid. regards

when i install a software on my laptop the shortcut icon does not appear on the desktop anymore. This wasn't the case . It still does not appear when i tick the option of a desktop shortcut icon. When i copy and paste the shortcut icon, once the system shuts down and restarts, the icon disappears.
Somebody please help!!!

whats the point just get another pc
that could be as a last resort if i couldn't get the motherboard, i intend changing the motherboard because it has started showing signs of packing up soonest. Thanks for your advice anyway.
