You can't stay in Lagos and be telling us that Nigeria is a tribal society. We live here and we know better.

If a referendum were to be be carried it out, it's Lagos residents that will vote and not just indigenes. lagos has gone beyond the whims of the indigenes. This is an international city and the stakes are very high.

Lagos is not part of Southwest. I'll like to know the views of Lagos natives on this one. I don't expect any difference between it and the views of Rivers natives to Igbos. When a small area has resources concentrated around it, autonomy from a larger body is usually the choice. I'm very sure that non-Lagos Yorubas will be fighting more for Lagos to be included in the SW than the Lagos natives.
