I guess any motor park boy can get on his tecno phone and become Iyabo Obsanjo and type away.
The words and sentence structures of this stupid rejoinder could not have been written by someone with Iyabo Obasanjo's level of education.

They probably asked one woman selling lace at Oshodi market to call Rainbow FM and claim she is Iyabo. First and foremost, Iyabo is a former senator. If she wants to make a rebuttal, it certainly wont be with Rainbow FM? How many people listen to Rainbow FM? Something that was published in major dailies and has gone viral, you now go and dispel with a call to rainbow FM? These people dont even know how to lie sef!

true2god: I may not be 100% sure, but im 95% certain that the said letter might have come from his daughter. If his son (obasanjo's) can accuse him of sleeping with his wife, then why wont anyone believe the letter comes from the daughter, especially when vanguard, a national daily newspaper aired the news.

One thing i hav come to realize overtime is that an average yoruba is tracheruos. They will betray you whether you are their father, brother, sister, compatriot (hausa or igbo), it doesnt matter. It is genetic.

So i am not surprised at all. Im sorry if i hurt my yoruba friends on nairaland but i hav to say what i knw over years of interraction with variios ethnic groups in naija.

And here comes the retar.ds.

THIS LETTER IS NOT SIGNED BY IYABO.

I CAN NOT WASTE TIME ON SUCH BECAUSE IT IS NOT AUTHENTICATED.

IT IS LIABLE TO BE DENIED.

PROFESSIONALLY, VANGUARD WILL BE THE REAL VICTIM OF (JUMP-JUMP-JUMP WITHOUT PROFESSIONALISM) JOURNALISM.

IF IYABO CONFIRMED IT, THEY SHOULD HAVE IMPRESS ON HER TO SIGN IT.

AS IT IS, I PITY VANGUARD.

Brainstem like u never say or do anything without bringing tribal venom into it. Your success in life doesn't depend on tribal hatred. Try to find a way to make your life better instead of harboring tribal hatred in your blood. This world is bigger than one tribe or one nation. You will figure that out soon or u will be doomed to eternal misery in ur village or hell hole u live.

quite possible.

As for me o, I doubt Iyabo's claim. That letter was so lengthy, very emotional, tins mentioned maybe verified, even the mention of Abdulsalam. it is either she wrote it herself or someone very close to her wrote with her consent. Names where mentioned, even the woman at the election campaign that offered her a police escort etc.

From my own point of view, if she wrote that letter, she must have probably received threats from family and OBJ's friends. So the best way out, is total denial. My people for every rumor, there must be an atom of truth.

The Press, will not in the right sense publish such regarding OBJ, without verifiable source

And look at even the way Iyabo responded to the claim, insulting the president and putting tribal sentiments to it. Nigerian ɑ̤̥̈̊я̩̥̊є̲̣̥ not fools o. The message has been passed though, whether source or no source mtcheeew

BLOOODDY tribalist. What has the letter got to do with his tribe ? Continue showing tribal sentiments because U don't have any other thing to talk about.
I wonder if your father behaves like OBJ and sleeps with his daughter in-law. So can I now conclude that all YoRubas are like that ? May be U are like that but I won't generalize it.

The letter was addressed to OBJ by his daughter and no where in the letter was the President exonerated, why are people accusing the presidency of conspiracy when the the letter clearly indicates it's source , we all know the publisher and no way such a publication would be released without the consent of the author.

Thank you. Nigerians can be tribalistic. For all I know, this lady could be a well trained liar. After all, FFK is a very good one. When he came out to reveal his sexcapades, people applauded him. He's known to be a very good liar.

I dnt bliv she wrote the letter in say; no matter what, I yoruba person can never bring his/her dad out to the public. Instead, he/she would avoid him but be mute about whatever happened. And if nemesis caught up with such man, he/she would not pay a visit to such dad.

So; I dnt bliv she wrote the letter while reading earlier.
Let GEJ group confront OBJ like man instead of fabricating thing that are not real..

This is a matter for EFCC to investigate. Is the allegation true, regardless of who actually wrote or published it? If OBJ is guilty of the attributed outrages, then he should be made to pay. He has been treated like an errant uncle for far too long.
Re: I Did Not Write Any Letter To My Father-iyabo Obasanjo by Kairoseki77: 2:43pm On Dec 18, 2013
GEJ is finished if this is true!

OBJ wrote his letter about national issues and about PDP party issues. He did not insult the person of GEJ ONCE.

If GEJ's response was to attack GEJ's FAMILY, including rubbishing his daughters name, then GEJ is done.

Baba will now be taking this fight PERSONALLY, and there is no longer a reconciliation possible between OBJ and GEJ. It will be all out war, and everyone knows that OBJ is a ruthlessly good politician. No one that has opposed him has survived for over 40 years.

PEJ should just start packing now.

so if I decide to cook up any kind if ownership document and append Mandela's Signature that can be obtained from wikipedia, it will proove to you that I actually own what I claim to own?

Then Obasanjo's son (for sleeping with his wife) and now the daughter (for causing national problems) are saying the truth.
