TOPCRUISE: The government should focus more on the political boko haram who are hidden in government office, the central bank and the 2 legislative arms. These are the ones who discreetly and through legal channels fund boko haram. Until those channels are cut off and the politics and actors behind it exposed we will continue to chase shadows and incur more cost
