I told him he was a blatant liar. No one would pay a software tester £100K with only 2 years experienced. I explained that I know for sure the CEO all the way down to the line manager would be sacked by the Board if they found out they are paying that much for the services of a graduate that has no special skills out of their annual budget. Even many CEOs and Directors in the UK managing over 300 staff would struggle to make that much annually, talkless of a graduate with 2 years experience who is a mere IT tester. And he did not even attend any of the UK's top universities.
