At one point or another, we have been betrayed by friends or family. Its actually a heart breaking thing to know that people you feel that they got your back can turn their backs on you when you need them most. Lets share our experiences and hurts here.

Guess, i'll start myself. Year 2013, everything went so wrong in my life. Like, there was nothing close to happiness around me. I was so miserable and pitiable. When things took the wrong twist, everyone i called a friend vanished. Even the self acclaimed love of my life began finding faults in our relationship. My close friends, distance friends, besties, all of them disappeared. I felt so alone and i realized that i never had a true friend all along.

Anyway, that was in the past, and I'm certainly a better person today but seriously, i dont have friends. I just dont have friends. Very few people i interact mutually with are guys and i dont even know most of them physically. Just online friends.

Once bitten, thrice shy

Betrayal, betrayal, betrayal, ummm... Lemme think..ok! There is this girl back in school(UNIBEN), we stayed at the same hostel, she use to have this phobia of sleeping alone, so she comes to my room to pass the night most times. My guys will be strokin me, that "guy u dey F up o, u suppose dey shine dis chic congo na". But I didn't want to make such move on her, cos of some reasons. Not only that, her parent hardly send her money, she feeds from me most times. So after I graduated, she called me one day, that she will never forget all I did for her, that people hardly believe I never made a move on her all the while she pass the night in my room. Na so on this unfortunate night o, I went back to my school to collect my certificate. That day was sunday, I was to collect the cert the following day. That night I was passing the front of my former hostel. So I saw this particular girl with 3 Ekosodin guys, they were talking n laughing while I was coming. Immediately I got to where dey were, they stopped me n started harassing me. What this my girlfrnd did was "una gud9t o" and she walked away. My jaw dropped o, I cudnt believe it. The rest na history sha.
With all d betrayals up n down doh, there are still many good persons out there, and have been lucky to meet some too.

Wow! Many touching experiences here. I've been betrayed many times too. By close friends ignoring u in time of greatest need after u've literally served them. Or turning on u because their useless boyfriends wouldn't let u be and u tell them (big mistake). How about a friend and brother of 4 years turned lover going behind u while in a relationship to get married to a richer girl because Momma says so? Or having ur sincere heart misunderstood and misjudged. In all these, I've learnt and u'll all agree that people betray u because they know and feel that u are greater than them and they can't ever measure up. Serves to make us stronger and more dependent on God. To err is human. I'm still friends with all of them surprisingly. Lol.

owk. Like i stated earlier. December 2012, my dad was poisones but it started manifesting by january and got very critical by june. My mum started spending on medical bills from one hospital to the other until we realized that it was a spiritual attack. Along the line, i had to differ my education to assist my mum take care of my dad and run the family business. Its not like i'm the only child but i just opted to do it.
