This seems like broom & analogue thinking.

How can town hall meetings totally replace a tv debate televised during premium times?

How many people will have time to attend it?

What makes town hall a taboo if done along with TV debates?

You guys don't have to justify any odd or awkward decision taken APC/Buhari?

First you guys claimed debate organisers' bias and clamoured for a neutral organiser like Channels TV. Now channels organise one, suddenly you guys claim no need for debate.

Talking from both sides of the mouth is funny.

Btw you're as clueless as GEJ

The elites you mentioned don't have time to vote and prefer to watch from their 100” TV rather than queue for hour
Perhaps you should look up the meaning of elites, man.
I bet you there is no way GEJ will win without RIGGING
Yes. And I bet you just made this comment to score cheap points not that it concerns my comment. The discussion is on 'Buhari comfortable amongst town halls chief' not 'Possible results of the election'grin

This is a welcome development,APC and Buhari should not attend any PDP debate using NTA,AIT and their pdp gang, these town hall meetings in the 6 geopolitical zones will be live,it is a better opportunity to ask questions and get answers from the great Buhari

what about the debate proposed by channels tv?, what is the excuse?

Are Apc supporters saying that in their deepest minds, they dont know that he is running away from being shown up not to be all that he is proclaimed to be?

Hmmm, i dont understand ooo, its like they ve used jazz on people, even wrong moves are applauded. Go for debate and still do town hall meetings if you want abi what is the meaning of all these nonsense sef...First debate, u say its pdp controlled, second neutral debate, u say u prefer town hall meeting. Sure anyone who is not actively supporting APC is clueless. Bravo.

I can see why you guys like dictators. All must follow one way.

It is safe to conclude that like the coupist dictator, treasonable felon & fundamental Islamist, you also have no "certipikate", otherwise no part of my submission refers to town hall sessions as a debate.

This is far better than debate. Meet Nigerians one on one and interact with them.

APC teaching Jonathan how to campaign properly.

You people are funny, interact with who?. A town hall meeting will only ensure he can talk to a small segment of people(who most likely are APC supporters already). There are 170m + Nigerians, should they not get a chance to see both candidates speak and grilled on national TV.

mugu. When he won over the social media and also won all online polls, freaks like you called him an online president, that the electorates are in the grassroots. Now he is meeting the grassroots, freaks like you are still whining.

Yes. Grassroots when he should be defending his pride. His campaigns earlier were aimed at whom? The shoots? A vision of how he will treat you when elected. He will abandon pressing issues to seek ways to score cheap points for himself instead. Certificate AWOL.. Inability to face his rival under pressure.. And he goes underground, aware from full glare to manipulate the brains of unsuspecting aged men like himself. As if they will remember their discussions sefgrin

Buhari will not debate simple. I have said it here several times, he has a lot to cover up. You would have noticed that he reads prepared speach these days and cant be allowed to consult his image consultants before answering any live debate questions.
This town hall meeting was an afterthought because the first excuse given was that there was possibility of baise from the organiser. When a more independent bodies agreed to organise the debate, see another maradona excuse. Like I earlier said, it will be too late before many of you screaming change realise that you have entered one chance.

Sad day for buhari and APC. The demystification of buhari and APC gathers pace. An appt with the high courts for APC and buhari. The small matter of appearing to mess with his certificates. Then the humiliation of avoiding debate with Jonathan administration to prove to Nigeria that he still have his mojo. What were APC thinking when they chose buhari instead of kwakwanso or even Atiku? The delegates scammed atiku for $2000 each and kwakwanso for $1000 each. Yet they went for this charmless man. Nigeria is in trouble indeed. How can this buffoonish man contend with Obama, Cameron or even Merkel? Nigeria is the laughing stock across the civilised world.

Even when a patry does something that is glaringly wrong its supporters come online to construe it as right. Thats just plain disingenuousness.

People should look beyond the APC /PDP rivalry and see that many of these actions border on questions of character and with the kind of display one sees here one has to agree that a great deal of the Nigerian populace is already lost.

It's shocking brother . . .Am embarrassed for their sake . . . .

An avenue to mask low intellectual capacity with fellow party members?
