2nd, no nurse can adivce you to take abortion pills because it's against their code of ethics. Unless the person is auxiliary.
No Dr in his right sense will prescribe such drug for you when the baby is not a risk to the mother's life or the baby's life been at risk and best option will be to abort.
3rd. Because you met quacks, don't be surprised that you MAY NOT be pregnant in the 1st place.
4th. Remember that these drugs also have their side effect on uterus.
5th. Pt strip test is not the only way to test if one is actually pregnant.
6th. Signs of pregnancy is divided into 3.
a) presumptive signs
b) probable signs
c) positive signs.

From what you and your qacks described you have not arrived or showed positive signs of pregnancy.

ADVICE :
Go to a recognized fertility Centre and check yourself. I rest my case.

Those where My thoughts too, you would need to repeat the untrasound by a specialist radiologist or gynaecologist.

The pregnancy might also be ECTOPIC IN LOCATION, which could become a gynaecological emergency.

So repeat the scan in a standard place to confirm or rule out those differentials (possibilities)

At 4weeks a scan can pick if there is something in the uterus might not be able to get a fetal heart. Go for a transvaginal scan and confirm the status of the fetus first, the result ll inform your next move. For next time please embrace any form of family planning if you are married otherwise abstain. Thank you

Even up to two weeks after an abortion pregnancy test is still positive because the hormone (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) is still present in the blood and urine.

The preferred option is too do a serial quantitative B-HCG assay, which would help in knowing if the gestational sac is viable or not. Or the pregnancy test been positive might even be due to a tumour called "Choriocarcinoma"
