The loss of life is absolutely regretable. They will need to refocus strategies or give much longer warning periods, so that innocent lives are not lost.
I have the feeling that our security agencies must be overstretched for them not to have been able to take some staff off Eagle Square to evacuate the threatened area or defuse the bombs.
