I once suggested that we have a dedicated thread for Anambra, and even did my bit to keep the one Spyder created alive......but Anambrans on here were not interested in it for some reason and continued to create single threads for different Anambra based topics.

Someone should create a dedicated Anambra thread, or ask Spyder to do it again since the old one may have been lost with the recent data loss Nairaland experienced. It would be easier to monitor developments in Anambra this way.

You are completely right!
We need an Anambra thread. Appropriately captioned 'Anambra, land of legends' or heroes as Sypder called the first thread. May be the caption will encourage our brothers Chino, Nnewi1st son and Odenigboaroli to resist the temptation of engaging in E-war with oily people who will definitely come there to torpedo the thread as usual.

Abagworo has managed to keep the IMO thread alive in spite of berem and other misguided folks that tried to torpedo the thread.

Just as we desperately need an Abia thread appropriately captioned based on the critical importance of that state to the Igbo nation. "Abia the backbone of Igbo Nation".
Infact, Ojukwu himself severally called Aba the most important city in Igboland and perhaps the only city that can guarantee Igbo advancement into our glorious future. That is why the rot brought to Aba by the Orji brothers must be if immense concern to everyone concerned with the development if the Igbo nation.

Achi and co should help us keep the Ebonyi thread alive with the progress being made in Abakaliki and Afikpo.

By the way, I need help with creating an Anioma thread. Volunteers on the ground with pictures are wanted! I am very passionate about an Anioma thread. I need help here to set this up! Biko nu!

Thank you my brother! I was thinking exactly the same thing today.
I saw a great Aba thread

https://www.nairaland.com/1878519/pic-aba-neglected-not-total-disappiontment

.... and i wondered why not combine all these Aba and Umuahia ochendo threads into a "Great Abia" thread just like this Enugu thread? Instead of coming here to argue or post about about other SE states?

@ the bolded, i always wondered how hard it must be not to see the oily people are determined to torprdo any good thread from the SE. Sometimes, Abokis even hide under oily sounding names to instigate a war between Igbo and Yoruba. But, the truth is that if one simply ignored their negative posts and pictures, they soon got tired because they figure there is nobody that has time for their negativity. A fire only becomes an inferno when more wood or fuel is added to it. A certain lunatic tried in vain to torpedo this thread by posting insulting comments about Enugu and saying Igbos don't know how to build a city. But he was ignored and our people concentrated on bringing ideas and pictures of progress that he quietly sneaked away from the thread.
