No. This flyover and the roads were already in existence before I was born. Peter Obi fixed it after Nigerians in their usual manner took over the gardens and service lanes and turned them to trading grounds over several years. He however built a flyover at Nkpor and another at Obosi.

Why most skyscrapers in Nigeria are empty is because they were built for office spaces while we are dominated by informal sector. The residential ones are always occupied

On so many occasions, I have seen people from other parts of Nigeria express awe at the massive build up of Onitsha, unlike their reactions when in Enugu, Aba or Owerri which looks as usual to them.

Aba to me looks more developed and mordern as a commercial city than Onitsha. I have seen so many videos of both cities and my observation is that the highrises in Aba look more mordern, well built and painted than the ones in Onitsha. As for Owerri and Enugu they are better, layed back and more liveable cities comparable to Abuja and Calabar.

Anambra and Imo are more urbanized than Rivers. Rivers, Abia, Delta, Osun and Akwaibom are same level of urbanization.
