It's not unexpected. Many of Nigerian past military Generals including possibly IBB are drop-outs (insults unintended but that's the truth). So, if we all agree that birds of identical plumage flock together, IBB's subtle view on GMB's shameful certificate brouhaha should not come to us as a surprise. In a civilised and professionally regimented military climes, many of the socalled Generals are supposed to be baby-seaters or crude farmers.
