1. Ministers
2. Head of parastatals and other board
3. Ambassadors. Etc.

I am not bothered for him not appointing Yorubas yet because he will appoint people based on qualifications. Igbos for sure will be among, but should not preempt and exercise fear because of their quest for secessionist agenda and political indiscretions.
