Even Biden has criticized Israel on certain occasions. What is at issue here is that the ICC seems to be equating a horrible terrorist organization with an honorable democratic state. Then you make a jump to say that they said Israel is a saint. Most Nigerians lack the capacity to engage in international discussions, so let's just keep away. At least we have enough problems at home to keep us busy without dabbling in international discussions that we don't understand.
