Endangered species rare animals like the Pangolin are eaten as well.. Endangered species bush meat is something many people don't know how to recognize.. The time my grandmother in ondo state served us Pangolin, i did not know what it was and she did not know it was endangered.. Years later i moved to USA and finished my last 1.5 years secondary school.. It was there i found in the school library, a book of endangered animals and the Pangolin was on the top 10 known endangered species...I remembered it from grandmas soup when I saw the picture in the book.. People in Nigeria need exposure to the information and pictures of endangered species animals of west africa....

My neighbour owns one of the Innoson SUVs and even his older Honda Pilot cars are still better.

I returned from Peru this year and they drive the South Korean Ssang Yong there and i saw few of them and more actual mercedes and Bmw being driven..Even many more driving the south korean Hyundai than south korean Ssang Yong.. Hyundai also has a terrible depreciation value.. I would never buy Ssangyong as it doesn't even sell where i live and i prefer Subaru myself... I saw the Chinese Dong Feng in Peru also and they looked like newer cars but made terrible noises and squeaks as they maneuvered, the sounds only an old unkept,abused Nissan ,Etc would make.. Japanese cars still rule the roads in most countries...

Ofcourse no company makes all the parts that goes into their cars. HOWEVER, Toyota designed, built and tested every car that carries their logo on it. Same for Honda, same for mercedes.

Now what Innoson is doing isnt rocket science. Many Igbo Men have been doing it with generators and motorcycles. They go into Japan, China, Malaysia, e.t.c, meet with the companies that manufacture these equipments, enter into a contract with them to manufacture same under a different brand name in Nigeria and Nigerian Market (or however many markets is covered in the deal), import these mechines in parts, assemble them at their warehouses in Onitsha, Lagos and Aba, slap on their own brand name and push it out into the Market. Thats why you see motorcycles with Innoson and Ogbuawa and co on them. Innoson simply upgraded from Bikes to Cars. Same business strategy, different product.

For Innoson to own the and boast of 'MAKING' a car, he must be the owner of the blueprint design of the car, factoring in everything that goes into designing a car including but not limited to;
- Engine design plan
- Vehicle Chasis and Body build design.
- Interior design plan
- e.t.c

So since you didnt bother doing as I advised, I will help you out and put your mind at ease; Innoson Motors Nigeria Limited is a partner of the Chinese Motor company called Dongfeng Special Vehicle Bus Co., Ltd. China. Most of Innosons cars are an exact replica of their cars with the exception of the Logos.

Yes true.. This south korean company Ssang Yong makes cars that use a mix of Mercedes engines and other very reputable auto manufacturer parts.. They did design the car, but only to fit the various pre existing and time proven reliable parts from other auto manufactures.. Their cars don't sell cheap like hyundai and they do perform well and last..

Mahindra Motors from India makes cars that sell internationally but only in very cheap and low productive nations.. India has been making its own from the ground up, they are rugged design and modern looking.
But they have proven unreliable after being advertised as reliable., They have earned a reputation as always needing repair, even in the first year of new vehicle ownership.. Yes the Mahindra rugged SUV as well..

I hope Innoson can be reliable enough to withstand the 3 year warranty test.. Even if they make them very cheap to buy new, it wont offset reliability when an old used toyota or honda or nissan can be repaired and still be cheaper and more reliable than a new car with a standard like that of Mahindra motors of India.. Mahindra Made farm tractors and such for many years and they are very good machines, but the automotive branch is not as fortunate.. Was it Lamborghini or Ferrari that was originally a farm tractor company until the owner decided to invent the best performance car in the world ??

I think Innoson can at least prove well in the big bus and heavy lorry market if not its entire fleet...

You can have both.. Have the pay rate be set to an hourly rate and then disbursement to happen monthly... Very simple and the best benefits of both can be enjoyed... Hourly rate also allows an employer to have more than one employee per position and never pay more than 1 full time salary, because he can never pay more than the amount of hours for the job done by one worker doing half of the hours, then go home while the other worker comes in after to do the remaining hours..
Many people have part time work because of hourly salary rates.. They can have a job that works only 4 hours a day for only a few days a week like Monday, wednesday, and Friday.. Some people just like more free time to tend to other matters like their personal business ventures while keeping a part time job to make up the money shortfalls from slow business in their personal ventures.. With monthly salary rate, a personal business venture will be hard to manage from work every day full time..

Also some people must have 2 or 3 jobs because they cant find one employer to give them full time of 8 hours work every day on hourly salary rate.. One employer only offers 4 hours work for only 3 days of the week, so the worker must find another job to earn enough money. It can be stress to commute from one job to the other all in 1 day.. many people do it

Its sad and true .. But lets not forget the truth of many Nigerians making a good name as doctors, scientist, Business men and evangelist all over the world.. Op is right about China, its not the place to go and be hustling, their laws and punishments as well as corruption and plenty racist attitudes all work against foreigners even americans.. A pilot is never to embark on a flight that is out of the aircraft range or without the correct fuel load for the journey... Even broken fuel gauge is no excuse, there are easy ways to track the fuel level over time.... Of course this goes to prove once again that african supported aircraft have a high failure rate for the same reasons political endeavors have a high failure rate in africa.. The government will see less money from the privatised units, but long term growth will eventually benefit all and government tax collection will benefit from long term economic growth......But nothing works out well private or government owned in a culture of corruption and instability....

THE GREEN MAMBA is no snake to joke around with or trap yourself in a room of tradition with....It is fast on land and in trees or any bush in general...they like to run away first if they can but if trapped,they are very fast and it is one of the worlds snakes whose venom is fast acting and very hard to survive because it shuts down the autonomic nervous system which means the heart stops and no blood flows,the lungs stop inflateing and the entire body begins massive nervous sytem overload with movements as if the body is possessed by squirming evil,and that would be the literal truth about that venom...black mamba also.....the green mamba is easily identified by the black color inside its mouth and its tendency to rear up like a cobra and hiss when cornered on the ground...all encounters i had in the bush,the snake always slithers away through the branches,but the open ground can find yourself being chased by the fastest snake on earth....I have been chased by a small black mamba before..it chased me until i stopped and turned to face it and it then reared up like a cobra and hissed and then turned to flee from me...it had a very black inner mouth when it opened it at me and hissed.....I was not chased by a green mamba but when i was searching a box it rested in,it jumped over my head passing my hand and face by only centimeters,i saw it as high as the house roof before it fell back down and slithered like lightning....even with my hand in the box with it,it prefered to jump over and away from me rather than to bite me....it was hissing as it jumped past my head out of the box i was bent over with my hand inside that box...
